Given they both are not ideal, which version, blue or gray, is the best version for 25% tint.

I’ve had the gray tinted mirrors installed for quite some time now and I think they’re great. I know most people prefer non tint but I’ve had no issues at all with mine. I also have ceramic tint on my windows but visibility is great.

Being a sponsor/vendor here is far from free! Just sayin'

Again: Well that makes sense! And I apologize for my (incessant) ignorance. I have edited my post.
But the underlining premise still applies... 😬

From Their website, "The only difference is the appearance—both are coated with an anti-glare gel, but the grey is easier to see in low-light conditions when your windows are tinted."

The Bronco has blind spots worse than almost any vehicle I have owned. With a good set of properly adjusted mirrors ideally you should have full view of the lane on either side of you eliminating any blind area behind your peripheral view without turning to physically look. I know the blind spot lights are there, but it’s a learning curve for us old timers who were taught how to adjust and use mirrors. I actually chuckle at people who turn their heads to back up. My daily vehicles are large trucks with spot mirrors and no view out the back glass, so I’m very used to trusting a set of properly adjusted mirrors and spots.
when I learned how to drive we were taught to always do a physical head check - they called it the life saver.

There were a few questions, so we’ll address them here. Please let us know if we missed anything!

The Grey is easier to see than the Blue. If you have tinted windows and are concerned about visibility, we recommend going with the Grey.

Regarding the mounting ring, it was designed for permanent installation. However, if you remove it with force, there is a chance the ring might pop off.

If that happens, just send us an email at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement.

We’ve considered creating a new mold for a different ring design, but that would increase the cost. We try to keep our pricing reasonable and avoid passing additional costs on to our customers. That’s why we’re sticking with the current design and are happy to send a replacement if you ever run into this issue.

I have been a fan of my blue tinted SUMA mirrors for 3 years now. No complaints from me about being hard to see them through my tinted windows either 🤷‍♂️

Of course I do a head check as I start my lane change but too many times in the Bronco I have been surprised to find a car hanging out in my blind spot. Another no no we were taught.
The B piller being right beside my head (4-door) makes it worse.

We’ve recently discovered that some late 2025 Bronco models are using a different BLIS connector. If your vehicle falls into this category, the BLIS feature on Suma mirrors will not work with the current connector.

The good news: our engineering team is already working on a solution and developing a new connector to resolve this.

If you have a late 2025 model and have purchased a set of Suma mirrors, please email us at [email protected] so we can make sure this issue gets resolved for your mirrors.

Thank you for your patience while we work on a fix. 🙏

When you say late 2025 are you referring to the entire second half of the year? Also can you provide pics of the different connectors. I was on the site then came back and saw this. I have a 2025.

Likewise, just not as long.(1 1/2 years or so) Really like how they cut the glare from headlights at night along with the larger field of view 🤠

Reguarding the mounting ring…
Just received mine so I don’t have any knowledge of tint or mount ring yet.

Although if known to be a weak adhesive, couldn’t you apply a thin Bead of JB Weld epoxy to either the outside of ring or internal side. To provide the additional strength the narrow ring as precautionary reinforcement.

Looking at them in hand… very nicely looking! Tint does look more than expected, we’ll see how that does with my ceramic tinted glass.
