I had my 2025 2.3L Big Bend(~5k miles) in the shop twice now. It originally started shaking on me while going on the hway, which caused the engine light to flash. The next time it started shaking the light stayed on and error code showed engine misfire. I took it into the dealership and after 2 days they said they couldn't find anything and only reasoning they gave was cause of "low gasoline level", both instances the tank was at half. I picked it up and started shaking again on the same day. It shakes and seems like it struggles to shift gears around 60-70mph at 2k rpms. It's back at the dealership now and havent heard anything back in 3 days. The dealer wants to charge me a diagnostics fee to take a look at it again.

They want to charge a diagnostic fee for a Bronco that is under warranty?

That's correct. I told them to hell with that I'm not paying $350 when the first time there was no charge and you couldn't solve the issue

Ford pays dealership even when there is no problem found, typically up to 1.5 hours. Don’t let them charge you anything.

I have a feeling they are trying to bill you as well as billing Ford for it under warranty.

Finally got a call back from the dealership. They said it was a faulty spark plugged that they had to replace. The first time I took it in for the same issue they went through all the spark plugs. I'm definitely not paying the diagnostic fee.
