It’s 2.5” over Sasquatch with a smallish 37” tire
Works out to be about perfect for what I do.

It’s 2.5 over Sasquatch with smallish 37” tires. Originally wanted to go bigger but glad I went with this route. Plenty of clearance and still fits in the garage (barely)

yikes! Amazing damage on the Hyundai. How fast was it backing up?

At least it was a small compact with plastic bumpers. I was backed into by a semi truck last year. No real damage to the Bronco except a tiny gash in my mini bull bar.

I wasn't there, so I cannot say who was at fault here....?

But as for myself, someone that has had a CDL Class A license for 20+ years, we cannot see you, when you're that close to us, doesn't matter if you're moving or sitting still! Like the sign on some trailers say, "If you can't see our mirrors, we can't see you!"

If you noticed they were backing up, you should've backed up or pulled to either side to show them you were there!

I noticed the other truck coming in from the right side of your video, clearly needing room to swing that trailer in and the rig in front of you was making said room.

Truckers get blamed for a lot of things, not saying they don't mess up, hell everybody messes up, we're human, but having the experience, I will say it's not always the truckers fault.

That's good that it do a lot of damage though! I knew a girl 15 +/- years ago, that got slammed into the rear of a tractor trailer, she was in a tiny sedan and it's a miracle she survived, but she lost one leg and sustained multiple broken bones. Guy behind her, had a massive heart attack and shoved her into the semi! I used to have a pic of her car, lemme see if I can find it?
