Knew it was too good to be true. Asked the lady if there’s anything they can do and all she said was to see if the local dealership has any… don’t like chrome but was willing to deal with it and get black tips or figure something out

Ehhh, I wouldn't say bitching about it.
Maybe some are.
I'm not entirely surprised personally, but figured if I got it for less than $300 after points being used, I was going to be pretty happy.
Oh well.

Same boat here. Canceled order.
The person I talked to made it sound like there were a few that did get the exhaust at that price.

I also asked the same question about a discount on the black tip model and got the same canned response about checking with individual dealerships.

The same thing happened when they dropped the price to clear out the Raptor tailgate reinforcement kit. Some people got it and most got cancelled.

I had a similar thing a few years ago with Home Depot. Found a smokin’ deal online on a bridge jack. Order placed, then order canceled. HD said their supplier ran out of stock. Sus. Hopefully a few of you guys were able to get the smokin‘ exhaust deal.

@Ford needs to make this right. I too was one of the many that had my order cancelled.
I have a hard time believing that a multi-billon dollar company doesn’t have an inventory system to track sales vs product available. I love my bronco but my faith in the blue oval is at an all time low with the amount of recalls & system quirks. Truly disappointing that this was the course of action they took without offering an alternative option. Loyalty is a 2-way street.

Mine was an impulse buy and kind of glad it got canceled. After some research I'll be looking at down pipes and cat back if and when i decide to do it.
