Does for have a file for the FITS system off the passenger grab rail?
Would love to make something that can hold my camera while I run and gun...
I think they've only given the Maverick FITS files. My bet is they got pushback from accessory manufacturers who pay for Bronco CAD files, but that's just the conspiracy in me.

You should be able to use those for the stubby insert or whatever and add it to your project with some double checking for clearance.

Made this ring to restrain the spare tire cover--it would pull out past the camera on the highway or other times with wind from the right direction/speed. Uses a 5mm bolt with a nut captured in the slot you can see on the back. These are two different materials--didn't the look on the carbon fiber/nylon, and needed to play with scaling to get the print to the proper final size, it was a bit tighter than I wanted. The final part is PEI, but PETG or PETT would probably work too. Tried a couple of early prototypes in PLA, but they cracked (sun/heat most likely) pretty quickly.

Has or can anyone design some kind of roof/ rain shield for the backup camera?
I have for the Wolfbox camera. Though we haven't had any rain to test it out, and after that I need to tweak it a little bit as I can see the corner in the camera. I'll say this, it's very basic at this point, but if it works I'll be sticking with it. Attach to camera with double sided tape, Haven't taken any pics of it installed.

Awesome job, need to order some fancy CF material now. I just have PLA CF on hand.

Some more mods. The existing holes were good enough for the inserts. I’m going to remove the countersinks. And I have ASA CF on order for the final version. With this as an inspiration maybe something can be done with rears?!?
Im still iterating on this. Aside from the TPU insert I’ve added a second set of screws to further enhancement the rigidity and a corresponding gusset for them. Same with ribs on the inside of the pocket. Thankfully @ejedmo5 did a brilliant job with the design so tweaking is the fun part.

I had to add an angle on the back so I could better see them with my glasses on. I am waiting for one day when I ask someone to use the aux switches and they hit the label instead.

I dig it, I considered the ribbing as well. TPU insert for the cupholder is nice I just got some blue tpu that matches the wildtrak interior closely so may do that for all pockets. Considered doing it on the face that rests against the door too.

I may have to do labels like that now that I’ve added more lighting. I think my next project may be an accessory rail for the dash to upgrade my current one.

Dashcam mount because adhesive won't stick to the plastic and the cable kept forcing the camera to be unlevel [ STL on Thingiverse ]

Blanking plate for the accessory hitch 4-pin mount [ STL on Thingiverse ]

Cap for the socket wrench so the metal end isn't slapping against expensive glass [ STL on Thangs because Thingiverse keeps hiding it ]

Deeper, wider tray for the console [ STL on Thingiverse ]

And my current work-in-progress, snowbrush mounts for the back seats [ STL on Thingiverse ]

Have you updated your rear seat mounts possibly for the 4 door snow brushes. Same as I have wanted to install. Thanks.

Someone will have to try and confirm if they'll work on a 4-door. I don't know if the design of the LATCH on those seats is any different, nor do I have access to a 4-door to test unfortunately.
