Just wondering if the display instrument cluster in a 2025 BASE can be swapped out with one from a higher trim level ??
Anyone done this?

Like for a Bronco raptor cluster? Because that's the only one that's different for 2025
If so, yes. Many people have done it.
It's not just an easy swap the parts and it works though. Programming is involved.

The instrument cluster in my 2025 BASE is not the same that was in my 2024 BD, so NO, all the clusters are not the same - I'd like to upgrade my Base to a cluster like my BD had

Ford changed the 2025 clusters. So like I said, all the 2025 clusters are the exact same expect for bronco raptor.

Nobody has ever swapped a 21-24 cluster into a 25. It could probably be done though

I was not aware of the cluster change for 2025 - IMO, it was a step backwards - thanks for the info

It's ALL about the extra Speedometer. After years of having it, some people will go to ANY length to get it back. Meanwhile, people are dying for the '25 gauge cluster. I'll bet you could arrange a trade.

Why would you need a secondary speedo when you have the digital inside of the round one?

I wish I had the new cluster, I never even notice the old style that's there. It's wasted space and my brain filters it out.
