A scan can be really nice.
I’ll happily pay something for your time and effort.

If you are willing to scan also some of the interior cargo area like the toolbars and the connecting rear roof bar, I think people will be able to create some very cool addons for the Bronco accurately
I will scan the roof and interior cargo to include the roof bar. .
Let me plan it out and see what I can get you guys. I will make it a class project.

I could really use a high quality scan of the A pillars. Thanks in advance if you can do that!

There was a company called Wits' End that made an aluminum plug (or pacifier as they called it) for the ARB coupling. The company shut down so I had been trying to find a similar product that I liked that wasn't overly priced. Well I found two companies that make them and sell them pretty cheap, but they are located in Australia and the shipping cost more than the plugs. Anyways, after trying to find them from a distributor or some other source I stumbled across the STL file for them.

I had my brother in law print it up for me and the fit/function of them is great. Looks factory, fits snug and goes in/out very easily. It has a hole on one side so you can attach a tether to it, but I don't believe I will want to have one so I already altered the drawing to eliminate the hole.

I also took the spare center cap design that @hey_mikey_ previously posted in this thread. I modified it slightly so it would sit tighter to the camera housing. It still needs an adjustment as there is a slight gap still which allows the cap to spin a little bit. Other than that the center cap goes on easily and I can pull it off with my fingers before removing the spare tire. I had previously modified my 5th Method center cap to do the same, but I ended up leaving it on top of my tire and drove off without it. The Method center cap held on stronger, but the only way for me to remove it (without additional tools) was to take the tire off and push it from the inside out.

Just finished 3d printing these took a few iterations but finally got it close to where I’m happy with it, I don’t really like the nets that come factory.
Great work! Would you share the stl?

Here are the files for the drivers door, I used ASA for the material as its better for car environments. I have not mirrored for the passenger side yet but will soon. I wanted to try these out for a few days make sure i didn't need to tweak anything.

There's some tabs on two of the parts I did that just to aid the print and trimmed them off. the big pocket attaches to the cup holder with m4 screws I did this so it would fit in my printer/ modularity if i wanted to change anything in the future!

I will post on makerworld when both driver and passenger are done

How did you get such accurate measures, is it by 3d scanning or other methods?

CAD (Cardboard Aided Design) just lots of measurements and trial and error laser cut cross sections of my models to check fitment, printed test parts in PLA after that then ASA when i was happy

I'm not familiar with 3D printing, but this might motivate me to learn. Looks great!

Thank you. $10 material cost, 3 plates ( tight fit on the plates lol) and total of 14 hours of print time. I will give it a shot.

Ha yes they are you can see why I split up the top row, hope they print well for you! I did mine on a P1S so I doubt the X1C will have any issues
