Having the bronco since the pre-order days here is what would make me trade it in to get another:

  1. Improved top options:
    1. Two piece (not 3) that is quieter
    2. One piece for people that don't remove it often
    3. More colors
    4. Side/back windows should be removable
  2. Must have 2d option. Wouldn't mind a little bigger, something closer to the 90s but not as big as the current 4d.
  3. Manual option.
  4. Seats
    1. Better fold down
    2. They aren't bad but a little more comfortable
    3. Fix seat belt holder
    4. Would love perforated vinyl with cooling
  5. Better packages
    1. Have better core packages like:
      1. Tech package. We can go low or high
      2. Off-road package. I don't care about the wheels but give me lockers and other options. Most replace wheels/tires.
      3. Exterior. Think Bauer, etc. for fun two-tone things.
  6. Keep the classic/modern look close to 6g.

Go big or go home. F250/Excursion based. With solid axles front and rear.

This is exactly what Ford, Chevy and Dodge did and they went out of production for a reason. Jeep was/is the only survivor. Cross over suvs are taking market from the large beastly suvs also.
The dont want to see Ford repeat what already failed.
I dont want the Bronco sharing the same body as the pickups again.

No changes. Actually, just sunset the line - stop production. Let the aftermarket handle upgrades (or technological downgrades). They’ll increase in value and be in demand forever. They’re losing their mystique and becoming a vanilla SUV.

Boy I agree with manual parking brake and not near hood release.

I’d like a non-turbo option available in manual.
This will be forever something that confuses me when I jump in my wife's Bronco. Going from my Infiniti Q60(Z car) to Nissan XTerra is less extreme than going to the Bronco. Sure I have to remember how reverse is engaged with each manny and which side the gas is loaded, but at least I know where the parking brake is and which pull-push is on-off.
Am I the only one who pops off the parking brake to adjust my vehicle in the garage? With the Bronco I had to get in, clutch, turn the car on, disengage the parking brake, get out, push 18 inches, get in, clutch, turn it back on, and engage the parking brake.
I do this usually to open the tailgate without the garage door being opened as normally I park with the empty space at the front of the vehicle.

Can’t say I push it around too often. Can’t say never but not a regular thing. I do drive four different manuals, original Bronco 3 speed on column, 82 F350 3+1 speed, NA Miata 5 speed, and my 6th Gen, each with totally different Reverse locations. I do screw up occasionally particularly going between the 350 and new Bronco. Old Bronco and 350 share parking brake and release. I miss being able to pop-start the new gen. It’s my first turbo and I am bugged that it spools up while cruising in 6th gear even when holding steady speed on flat and level. 6th seems pointless. Personally I’ve never advocated 6 speeds. Glad my Miata is 5 speed. I have caught myself trying to shift into a fourth that isn’t there on my older trucks.

Another thing I would like to see would be a hood that stays up without the need for a prop rod. I shouldn't have to spend $80K for that option.

I think the Bronco is near perfect in exterior looks and I hope we see very little change for years to come.
The Interior could use a refresh every few years to incorporate newer tech/comfort.
I’d like to see cloth seats and more interior colors which I think would be cheap and easy.

The ‘25 has several interior changes that I think are all for the better however I don’t consider them cosmetic outside the digital gauge cluster.

Do you want to see exterior styling change, if so what?

What interior changes would you like to see?
I think the 2025 B/R looks great. I love the color match everything. That was my only ask, plus the PROTUNE is nice.

I tend to like minimize the RPMs so I've looked for a 6th in my former 5-speed. Now all my vehicles are 6-speed although tuned very differently. I am just happy the Bronco stick is natural with about a million miles of almost exclusively Japanese. I drove an Explorer on a test drive back in 1993 and that was the first and last American manual transmission I had driven.

In case of 6th Gen Bronco, I can’t use 6th gear without the turbo spooling even maintaining speed on level ground. So minimizing RPM isn’t saving wear or tear nor yielding fuel efficiency. And that’s with the 4.7 axles on 33’s. It was worse with the 4.46 axel on 32s.
In the case of Miata’s, comparing gearing when there was the option to have either 5 or 6 speeds, the two top gear rations were the same. So not really getting slower engine speed in the naturally aspirated engine, just cramming one more gear in for what amounts to a nuisance shift. Recall reading an article from Porsche when 6 speeds were the new high end option…they chose it “because our drivers like to shift”. So I’m finding that top gearing is top gearing whether 5 speed or 6 speed. I don’t think there is much reason from a practicality or performance point. Especially when it causes turbo to spool continuously.

And I say that as a person who has 5 registered vehicles none of which is an automatic. (Not counting motorcycles).

All I want is a white top without having to buy an HE version.

I have an HE and the white top was a major selling point. I assume now that Ford is offering painted color-matched tops, white roof options aren't too far away.

It's not a "mental crutch", it's being a servant to Uncle Sam for far too long. As any retired service member will attest, we cannot utter too many sentences without including "fuck", "motherfucker", and many more colorful expressions. Sometimes we resort to abbreviations. Like: who made you the MFIC on this board?
MFIC, haven't heard that one in a while. Love it. SFMF.

Square fenders on all trims, square headlight openings with round lights, flush tailights, new roof options, improved materials on the inside, more tech and safety features and a PHEV are all coming. Most of the body panels will remain until about 2029. 🔮
Could those new roof options possibly be the power soft top🤞🏾If so I will be at the dealership the day order banks open. I wonder what will be shown August 1 and 2.
