Hello all,

Im curious if anyone had placed an order with JTops within the last few weeks? I've been trying to get in touch with customer service (email, phone) regarding an order and I'm not getting any response.

I have only ever heard good feedback about JTops customer service. I havent dealt with them directly but I have purchased a JTop from them and they were super quick and easy to communicate order confirmation and shipping. As you can see, they are active in the community (Forum pages) Give him a call back and they will take care of you.

Although the number your provided was not a cell phone but what seemed like a customer service desk for Covercraft. They told that my order would be another 5-8 business days.

The important thing is we were able to help.
That number I gave you rings right to my phone. If I’m on a call it goes to the help desk rather my voicemail so another agent can help.

I’ve consistently heard great things about Jtop’s customer service—both through reviews and from seeing Mike actively engaging on this forum. In fact, that level of support was a key factor in my decision to purchase.
While the ordering process and sample delivery went smoothly, my experience changed once I received and installed the top. I had a few follow-up questions and reached out via text and email but, unfortunately, never received a response.
It seems like the forum is the go-to place for help, and while I did get some helpful insights from other users, I was hoping for direct support from the company, especially after reading so many positive comments about their service.
I would absolutely still buy a Jtop, it is a great product. Thankful for a forum of past information and continued community support.

I just spoke with them yesterday. Very easy to work with and helpful. I called the 714 area code #.
