I'm considering putting somewhat of a pizza cutter on the stock Sasquatch, it'll bring the wheel about an inch into the fender, but I'll could be putting a 1" spacer on it to extend it back out.
Anyone do anything like this before? I searched and couldn't find anything but winter tire setups.
I'm contemplating these, but leaning more towards the skinnier C rated tires to have more flex when aired down, lighter tires, less road noise, and better on road performance:
Terra grappler g3
285/70R17 SL, 48lbs, 32.8"x11.5"
285/75R17 E, 55lbs, 33.9"x11.3"
Toyo Open Country AT3
285/75R17 C, 59lbs, 33.9"x11.3"
34X10.5R17 D, 55 lbs, 33.5"x 10.6"
35X12.5R17 C, 59 lbs, 34.5"x 12.5"
35X11.5R17 C, 61 lbs, 34.5"x 11.4"
Firestone Destination XT
LT285/75R17 D, 54lbs, 33.9"x11.3"
Nokian Outpost nAT
285/75R17 E, 56lbs, 33.9"x11.3"
Cooper Discoverer Stronghold
285/75 r17 E, 56 lbs, 33.9"x11.3"
I scratched off the wild peaks because they're too heavy. KO3/KO2 are possibly too loud/hard to balance, and too poor in wet traction.
Am I missing any other options that I should be considering? Would stepping down to 285/70 be too small for Sasquatch?
