Absolutely no squeaks or rattles but you should check the torque on all the screws/bolts before you mount it up. Some of mine were just hand tight out of the box. All the panels fold up against a rubber bumper and it latches securely. The table uses existing factory holes to mount so no drilling required,

No squeaks or rattles, and no drilling holes. It goes into the spot where the black plastic vent cover is at, which covers your brake light wire loom. Fastens up nicely, and I think it can hold quite a bit of weight as well. Another surface to use and work off of, and hang some of my bags.

Do the side walls get in your way? I can see the advantage of stuff not falling off, but also it’s a confined space, anything longer is sol.

No. I have the slide-out tailgate as well, and they work well together. The side panels, when open, have plenty of clearance, even if you leave bags attached to them.

So... Seems I'll be upgrading the OEM tires a bit sooner than planned... Can't patch that, and already have patches in a couple of the other ones...

But at least it was fun!

Added a set of Trail Rax grab handles onto my rack. Build quality is nice and they look pretty good. Not completely convinced they really are that much nicer than just grabbing the rack when I climb up onto my steps (considering they're $100 pieces for the set). Will see with time if they are worth it .

We had a full size golden doodle for 12 years.. best dog I've ever had. So Chill, super intelligent.
This "mini" version is high strung and neurotic. Still a good dog, but nothing like our first one.
By the way....Excellent Collection of Mustangs, as well as the Bronco!

Our full sized is chill. Only problem.is he constantly wants to be under my feet. The mini, however, is one of my favorite dogs of all time. She's mostly laid back too but is far more playful and expressive than any dog I've ever seen. Lives to be carried too and hugs whenever she's picked up. Some days I swear the two of them will just start speaking English they're so smart.

Prepping for an August trip to Moab over the last few weeks. First, squeeks and rattles were attacked. Happy w/ the results. Second was checking nuts, bolts, etc for tightness. Found a few needing attention. Not too bad though for 56k miles.

Moab in August will be hot!
