My wife got tired of the @Mountains2Metal attic shelf squeaking and clunking so I did something beyond lubing the pivots.

Took some measurements, designed these things, and printed them up as a rough draft.

To fit here on both sides.

I say rough draft because they have very little infill, which became apparent when I dropped the attic shelf on one of them. Oops.

When they're in good shape they fit perfectly.

Put one on each side, got everything re-installed, and it's now a snug fit side-to-side and no noise when I hit bumps going around turns.

This flip-down shelf is one of the best mods you can add to the 4-door Bronco. So happy to run it, and even happier to have it run silent.
Just finished doing the same exact thing on the attic and cargo bay shelves except I used old style rubber faucet washers and a little grease. Squeeks and rattles completely gone. Now I can hear the wind noise again. :)

Nicest looking one I've seen! No squeaks and rattles? No factory holes for these are there?
Absolutely no squeaks or rattles but you should check the torque on all the screws/bolts before you mount it up. Some of mine were just hand tight out of the box. All the panels fold up against a rubber bumper and it latches securely. The table uses existing factory holes to mount so no drilling required,

No squeaks or rattles, and no drilling holes. It goes into the spot where the black plastic vent cover is at, which covers your brake light wire loom. Fastens up nicely, and I think it can hold quite a bit of weight as well. Another surface to use and work off of, and hang some of my bags.

Do the side walls get in your way? I can see the advantage of stuff not falling off, but also it’s a confined space, anything longer is sol.
No. I have the slide-out tailgate as well, and they work well together. The side panels, when open, have plenty of clearance, even if you leave bags attached to them.

And a rock....

So... Seems I'll be upgrading the OEM tires a bit sooner than planned... Can't patch that, and already have patches in a couple of the other ones...

But at least it was fun!

Added a set of Trail Rax grab handles onto my rack. Build quality is nice and they look pretty good. Not completely convinced they really are that much nicer than just grabbing the rack when I climb up onto my steps (considering they're $100 pieces for the set). Will see with time if they are worth it :).

I replaced the factory exhaust on my wife’s 2-door Wild Trak, to a Corsa downturn cat-back system.

I actually have two.

Here's the second one. Big one is named Cooper. Second is a mini. I wanted her name to be Mini but I was vetoed. Too bad because then we'd have a Mini Cooper.

We had a full size golden doodle for 12 years.. best dog I've ever had. So Chill, super intelligent.
This "mini" version is high strung and neurotic. Still a good dog, but nothing like our first one.
By the way....Excellent Collection of Mustangs, as well as the Bronco!
