Steel Front Bumper Meaning?

It’s painful, but looking at trading in my specifically ordered 2021 that I waited months for and spec’d exactly how I wanted for one what seem to be tons of 24 left overs floating around. Seems too good a deal to pass to go from 50k plus miles back to 0.
I’m not a fan of the capable bumper, what will this one have when it says “steel front bumper”

They would be the Capable bumper. Standard on the Black Diamond unless you option the Modular.

Yeah kinda weird. Can't remember if mine reads like that. Probably since the locker is down there as well.

The mod bumper costs $800 (with the typical 20% discount), through Ford accessories. Takes about 5 minutes to swap them out, and you'll have the wiring and switch for fog lights, that you would've lost if it came from the factory with the mod bumper.

*edit: Five minute swap, if the bumper was preassembled, which this one is not.

Seems like every month of 2, they run a 25% off, but 15 or 20% off are all the time. And you can use your points, from your Bronco purchase. The 2 bad things are, not every dealership participates, so I had to drive 40 miles to get the free shipping. And they do make lots of mistakes with orders, mainly a communication problem, or even sending the wrong parts. I've made 3 separate purchases with no problems.

You would be better served in finding a plastic front bumper and taking your existing mod bumper off your trade. You'll likely find one for free that someone wants to get rid of.

You'll have a mod bumper to swap on the new '24 and you can then sell the capable bumper or pass it along to someone else.

My ‘23 BD had a similar sticker readout regarding the bumper. I really liked the steel capable bumper.
