I did put it neutral tow and out a couple times with no errors or lights and it rolled easily in my driveway. I’ll see if I can get it in to ford and check. Thanks again, I really appreciate all the help and information.
Skip, if you are not getting several brake related alarms when you release the brake pedal after putting the Bronco in Neutral Tow Mode you do not have the software update.
The original issue was the EBB would stay active for around 30 to 40 minutes after you close the doors and the timer would reset anytime you locked or unlocked the doors.
I have heard of and experienced myself a couple of times were the EBB goes active during braking and then just goes away.

Did you have any issues with the wiring? I have the same wiring harness. I'm using the Blue Ox Patriot 3 supplemental braking system, and with the Curt wiring harness installed, if the brake pedal (in the towed vehicle) is pressed while a turn signal is on, then the brake light overrides the turn signal and the light remains steady (does not blink). I've looked on etrailer and get conflicting info on wiring instructions. Supposedly there is a Brake-Lite relay that can be installed to fix this problem, but other videos and instructions found on the etrailer site say the Brake-Lite relay cannot be used with the 2024 Bronco. I'm really confused on how to resolve this problem.

On my 2021 OBX the brake lights are disabled when in TOW MODE.
The brake light relay was for back in the day when the brake lights were controlled by aswitch on the brake pedal and hard wired through the turn signal switch.
Now the brake signal goes to the computer then to the brake lights.

Thanks. I did not test the brakes/turn signal while in 'tow mode'. I'll check that out.

Thanks for the extra pictures and the write up... I currently use the Ready Brute set up on my Mini Cooper. But Im thinking on towing the Bronco now....again thanks
Nice setup. What battery tender did you go with?
How was it running the braking cable from the front bumper to the brake cable? Do you have a picture of where you went through the fire wall?
Also how does the clevis connect to the D rings or do you take the D rings off?

Amazon.com: CURT 58130 Vehicle-Side 6-Pin Round Trailer Wiring Harness Socket : Automotive

Bought this 6-pin plug for the tail light wiring. The reason I went with a 6-pin, is in addition to running the tail lights on the bronco, I ran a separate wire from the power pin up to my battery so when towing I am also keeping a tender on the battery to help prevent drain.

So I am using the power of the Motorhome to keep the battery in the bronco topped off.

So I have a question about the tail lite wiring. So originally they sent me some stick on led lights with the flat plug that went directly to the mh. Well I told them I wanted the diode kit. So I just received that this weekend and it also included a Brake circuit disconnect to basically make it so when you hit the brakes on the motorhome it doesn’t let the brake lights from the towed vehicle come on. It says that if it did then it may override the motorhome and keep the blinker from coming on.
Did you do this on yours? And also it says to check the warranty on the vehicle since it may be voided if the wiring is altered. Thoughts??

No, I didn't have to do anything like that. My blinkers and break lights work just fine with this installed kit: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09MX52P63/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It didn't take that long to install, and once done everything worked correctly. The above link is for broncos with LED lights. If you don't have those, there's a different kit available.

The brake lights are disabled when you put bronco into Neutral Tow Mode.

I agree that it sounds either electrical or a software issue. Have you had the update for the ebb done? There was a software update that was released. Before the update people were removing fuses to prevent the ebb for engaging or vice versa. That may be what happened.
What is the ebb?
