Hey just saw the Lethal Performance is selling this kit for $232.50. Don't know if they stock them or how much shipping will be.

https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...or-broncos-here-at-lethal-performance.108707/
I just called Lethal Performance, and they are waiting for the shipment to come in, the rep said it could be a week out before they get their hands on them. I was also told to call back tomorrow morning during normal business hours to ensure they ordered them. With that being said it could be a while before see those "Pending" status changed to "Shipped"

Dang, I was about to be upset at the lower price, but looks like Lethal Performance cheapest shipping for that item (to me in Utah) is $72  so still better off w/ my Ford order.
In that case the $9.99 delivery charge for my order directly from Ford is a bargain. Don't feel so bad about my order now;)

I'm guessing installing this on a Badlands Sas requires removing the bucking bronco badge? It's appears the raptor one is smaller. I Like the idea of the addition but love the silver pony I have now. Anyone run into this?

Yeah, I was walking across the room and POP! Oh man, that felt good! (By nightfall...) What the hell happened to my knee!!

I prolly got a hernia when I was lifting the spare tire a while back. Getting old sucks. They've come a long way with the knee replacements.
Ugh….hearing a pop is never bueno. Crazy that walking did it!

LOL I feel your pain with the tires. After doing my lift, etc a few weeks ago I was unloading my stock wheels/tires and stacking them up. First 3 wasn’t too bad. The last 2 I was puffing as they were about chest to head level (sitting on a “baby crate” on a furniture dolly for easy maneuvering), lol. I’m sure my knee loved me for that.

Getting old does suck. I used to run on 4 hours sleep pretty easily. Now I need about 6 and if I get 8+ I wake up hurting — how is that possible.

That’s my style of injury right there. Doing dumb stuff and crruuunnnchh.

All this talk made me remember I had used my “baby crate skateboard” which is simply a small crate I threw on a furniture dolly when messing with my front bumper & winch. Anyhow, I used it as a make shift step ladder when fishing wires. I remember stepping down and almost biting it. Although I don’t remember it hurting I bet I landed wrong or twisted it and then it festered and hurt later.

FWIW, I called FP to check on my order today. I ordered 2/1 and it’s still “processing”.

The rep said it MAY be on back order but he needed to elevate it so I could get a better answer and lead time if it was truly on back order. He gave me a case number and someone is supposed to email me an update in 1-2 business days.

Once I get that notification I will share. Last time I called about my tuner, it magically got “unstuck” and processed. Fingers crossed this does too.

Not sure about the size. The instructions say you have to move it to the right about 1” which is why I think a new one is included.

I had bought a matte black one to swap out anyhow awhile back. Expensive little sucker. $80 for the matte black. Gloss one was $45 or so.

I want the black horse logo but my Badlands is silver so the black provides a nice contrast. The current horse kind of gets lost.

Thanks @nolimits, after actually reading the directions I saw that notation. I've always thought the light/dark contrast looks better. In your case it would really pop with the black! I have the Velocity Blue and think the lighter works well. Hard to pass up a deal like this with the discounts.

I ordered mine last Friday from Ford for delivery to my house. My order is stuck in “processing” still.

Got some sleep and engaged my brain. Looks like the Turn Off Road Jerry Can Bracket has enough holes to attach to the Raptor Bracket. That’s five gallons extra fuel for $500 versus the multiples of thousands I’ve been trying to avoid spending.

Mine's Shadow Black so I'm good🙂. Raises a good question for any other color though.

Maybe I read the instruction sheet wrong… I thought you reuse the original bolts and then they get covered by the plate so they are not visible.

OK! I bit on this also, due to overloading of my tailgate. Seemed like a good idea at the time….

My last 2 experiences with FPP were nothing less than debacles, so I am not expecting much. So far….a week….(?), zippo email information on my purchase. When it might be shipped, etc. I ordered it sent to the dealer, so I won’t have to worry about funding black lug nuts again ( when I ordered a differential cover) for 10 weeks and multiple phone calls, before the diff cover was finally shipped. Hopefully the parts department at the dealer will call me after the support has sat on their floor for a couple/three weeks. Not holding my breath however.

I may have screwed myself calling in to check on my order the other day. They sent me an email giving me an updated status alright — my order was cancelled per MY request!

Well not really my request, but it was cancelled either way. Called back and they said the parts were on back order. The rep said unless I saw 2 green checkmarks on the website (ship to home AND dealer) then it would be cancelled again if I reordered.

She gave me a number to FP to investigate further. 888.826.5105. The poor guy there wasn’t extremely helpful but said they were on back order until 2/20 and no idea why my order was cancelled. His suggestion was to ignore the other rep and reorder.

LOL, that was my plan anyhow so I just reordered. Same discounts but chose the dealer option this time which said they will have by 2/12.

Good times. 🤘
