I have the weathertec and don’t really recommend it. It keeps wanting to slide out of position, the plastic has stained, and there’s no way to use the cargo hooks with it short of cutting it

I have no experience with Weathertec cargo mats, but I do with their floormats. Over-priced and slide around way too much.

I have husky mats and do like them (especially the front mats) but yeah the cargo mat isn’t held in place and can slide around…I did cut out he openings for the hooks…

I have the one from 3W Liners. It's been solid so far.
@Krokodokolo
Plus one on this option.

These are a good bargain, offer more coverage than others (esp. stock Ford) and look pretty good as well. I use these in the winter to take the beating, then I swap out for summer mats to keep them nice looking.

Here's a LINK now 20% off.

I wouldn’t go with either for a cargo mat. The OEM one is great as it’s a heavier duty mat which can take a beating and things don’t slide around on it. Reminds me of a lighter-duty truck bed mat as it’s got some weight to it.

I don’t understand the weathertech sliding around comments? They have tabs for both driver and passenger mats that snap them into place. They don’t move.
Nothing on the market that I’ve found offers as much coverage either.
Adams polishes makes a floormat cleaner that works amazingly well on these mats. I do agree they tend to stain easily. Prior to this solution nothing I had tried cleaned as well.
Our bronco raptor came with the rear cargo mat from Ford and it slides around a lot. Was thinking it would have some way to tuck in like other SUV’s but haven’t found anything.

Weathertech mats in general are slippery. Items (or your feet) typically can’t get a proper grip on the surface.

I used to love WeatherTech floor mats years ago, but won’t buy them again. They’ve definitely changed their design/quality. Husky mats are much better though.

My mistake. I thought you guys were referring to the actual mat slipping.
I had husky for years and they always got misshapened and if they got cold would retain that form forever. If they ever got any kind of winter precipitation in them it was game over. The big selling point for weathertech way back was how they channeled the fluids out under the door. Been super pleased since and haven’t looked at husky since then. That was 10-12 years ago.

I would consider the Ford OEM version. i have had it for about two years and its perfecto. Doesn't seem to slide around at all even when yanking out skis or guitar amps.

I have the WT mats in the front and rear of my 2 door and would not recommend them. I find that they consistently come loose and slide around and I have to reattach the tabs. I don’t find them slippery - I just don’t think they fit that well.
