Mods:

1. Tailgate table. Rarely use it and the rubber latches are now stretched allowing rattling.
2. Dash rail. Still in the box a couple years later.
3. Door pockets. See above.

Factory options:

1. 120v receptacle.
2. Hill descent.
3. Rear doors.

Don't you have to have rear doors for them to be underused? 🙃

Stuff I would still buy again, even though I've never used:

1. Tow strap, kinetic rope, shovel, tire patch kit.
3. Aux switches. Technically, these came with the Badlands, but even if they hadn't, I would have paid the $195 for them. And I'd do it again, even though I haven't used one. But I know that if I ever do need to use one, it will have been well worth having these pre-installed and pre-wired to various locations.

Stuff I haven't gotten a lot of use out of:

1. Device dash rail. I've used it only twice. I like the POV from mounting my GoPro higher up on the windshield, so I often put it there. Plus, I don't get window glare mounting it outside.
2. Roof rack. I like how the rack looks, but I don't need it much—even going on road trips with "just" the 2-door.
3. Grab handles I installed over the doors. I even doubled down on these because I first got the paracord style (inexpensive), but I didn't like how they hung down and looked like saggy handles. Then I got the black aluminum style that look like they could be OEM, yet neither I nor anyone else actually uses them. Maybe if I go to 35s for off-roading, they might begin to get some use.😁

Ohhh... dash rail. I forgot about that. That should be on the list too.

Installed, never used it. It was the Archetype Racing BYOD rail... and of course they went out of business before I could get the proper attachments for them.
Yeah, luckily I have several BALLS on mine that I use for my iPhone and radar detector and I have one spare that was intended for the passenger to connect his/her iphone on road trips to watch a movie or something, but no one ever used it.

There are lots of companies selling dash racks of some kind now. Lots of good choices.

My personal top 3 most unused:
  1. Fire Extinguisher (thankfully)
  2. Kinetic rope
  3. Ditch lights
Never have used the kinetic rope. The ditch lights I turned on once after I installed them, haven't used them since. (Currently not even installed.)
To me, a kinetic rope and fire extinguisher are like having jumper cables. You gotta have them and hope you never need to use them. I don't consider them "optional"

My top 3 guesses:

1. Winch
2. Hi-Lift jack
3. Snorkels
Not sure on the Bronco where the air intake is(new owner) but have had several built Tacoma’s, all with snorkel’s, more for getting the intake out frounder fender in winter whenNY roads are white and dusty from the “new” salt crap

I have a set of maxtrax xtremea which are very pretty as an accessory but I've never gotten stuck to the point of needing them. Same goes for kinetic rope, etc. Between good mud terrains and front and rear locker I've been able to self recover.
