What's your most under-used feature?

The parking brake that's hidden by the steering column, which way do you even push or pull to park, all the while praying that I don't open the hood release that's also right there in the dark

I use it every time in my manual trans Bronco. Well at least every time since I noticed it will roll away when parked on a tiny little incline in 1’st or reverse.

The trail cruise control is really handy coming down really steep trails in the mountains with no features, but still requires slow going. Just set and forget rather than ride your brakes with your foot for 30 minutes

Why not downshift? I've never understood how people can drive a car in full auto mode. Going down a hill in high gear? No thanks, I'd rather engine brake and stay in the power band. I understand "different strokes" and not everybody lives in the mountains like I do, but I feel so detached from the car and/or unsafe when driving that way.

I put First Aid kits on the seat back molles. I carry dogs in the back, not people.

I agree first aid kit, bag with winch control Another with two radios. I find the Molly panels in the back of the seats very useful.

Yeah, so I've got a manual Badlands without any electronics (Low package) so a lot of this doesn't apply. I definitely use the seatback Molle for first aid kit, tool bags, bungies, I have one on my tailgate table too. I would say the front seat mesh pockets are somewhat worthless, but I swapped those out for Bartact bags (at least on the driver's side). Hmmm........I actually like the goat modes, although I end up just using what I need generally.

Can I say the back seats in a 2 door? Ha, they've been out since the first week. The rest of the stuff, roof rack, tailgate table, storage unit in the rear, washout flooring, has all been used quite a bit.

Removable top. Don't need it. The back half has never been off and the front panels have only been removed a handful of times and once was to install interior lights.

Downshifting is great, I do it as well - This is my first auto transmission in 15 years. Downshifting in 4H only slows you down so much. The trail cruise will maintain a way slower speed and consistent speed. I was simply commenting on an experience I had where I used a feature one time that comes in our vehicles. I don’t think it’s the greatest breakthroug, but I will use it when I feel like as it is there.

I really thought I'd use the Wireless Charger more than I do. It's in an awkward location, though and that tray ends up being a catch-all for receipts, junk, change, etc. so much that I have to remove it all to put the phone down. They could have done the same slot-type idea as on the MT.

I am a big fan of the tailgate Molle and have been using them in my Jeeps for decades. It’s a fantastic place for tools, parts/pieces, knife, flashlight, AFIK etc. and anything you need quick access to.

don’t judge the mess - here is my current setup.

How did you get the actual panel to hold so well with that amount of weight? Mine struggles with a lot less and I even doubled up on the double sided tape. Great job!

Since I only use it off road things like park assist, cruise control, and lane assist are pretty much useless to me. I do not like the goat modes or 4A either. For me-- I know when I need 4wd and when I need to use the lockers--don't really need a computer to tell me what's best. Trail control is awesome though-- for hunting in particular since I can set as low as 1 mph and then do not have to be on the gas and brake non stop to keep my speed down.

The tailgat molle is extremely useful. I carry all kinds of stuff lion it. The Trail Cruise I have never used. Love the Trail Turn Assist.

1) lane keeping, I live in the mountains its useless.
2) trail turn assist, never really needed it yet.
3) 4A because we get like 2 days of snow a year which melts by afternoon.
4) rear cup holders that I don't have.

The analog speedometer--never look at it. Bar tach is difficult to read thus I let the 10-speed shift on its own if in manual at upper RPMs. Wish the speedo was an analog tach.
Re. trail/one pedal control: a very useful and clever feature for more difficult obstacles and rocky trails. Were educated on the use of it at the Offroadeo, coming from an LJ Rubicon 6 speed, it really makes a less stressful/more fun experience on extreme obstacles.
Not sure about the GOAT modes as my wife and I typically "put it in 4L, engage/disengage lockers and sway bar as obstacles demand." However, I have not "ForScanned" the Badlands Rock Climb mode into our WildTrak yet. On highways I occasionally use Sport 4A to raise shift points and increase throttle tip in for a bit for more fun. Have not encountered where I could use Baja mode safely, maybe our next trip to the AZ Desert.
With the 2dr we have only used the tight turn feature once when turning around on a shelf road but did use it more on our previous 4dr on shelf road hairpin turns.

Yes of course.

I wouldn't make a habit out of using 4-Auto on pavement either, you can feel it bind at times. It's most noticeable when moving around at low speeds in... say... parking lots. Granted it's probably fine for the occasional spirited driving in Sport mode on winding roads, but I wouldn't use it every day.
