  1. Tire Pressure -- 35 vs 39 PSI (ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS)

What did I miss?? There is an admin warning about politics for a tire pressure thread? šŸ˜‚
  2. Rocker panel chips EVERYWHERE…please advise!

I would suggest getting different tires if you drive gravel roads a lot. Those stock tires are insane rock throwers. I changed them out after two weeks and had already noticed a handful of rock chips. Also, broflaps work pretty well to help. The night and day difference ended up being to ditch...
  3. 2.7 Badlands Sas take offs fitment onto a 2.3 BD

Hello all, I have a friend that has purchased a 2023 BD SINGLE door 2.3 Bronco and I was trying to determine what take offs from my 2.7 4 DOOR BadSAS would fit. I understand I can search and search the forum, but I was having a difficult time tracking down everything so I thought a new post...
  4. Sweating the dumb stuff

Second day of ownership my wife’s friend scratched the rear tailgate with a ski pole and it look at it every time open the rear hatch lol
  5. Is there any trick to folding the rear seats?

Possibly check to make sure the floor mats aren’t blocking the folding down motion. Try removing the mats to trouble shoot. I store things under the seats and routinely try to fold them down while forgetting to remove the under seat items first.
  6. Ford Performance DIff Cover paint chipping

mine looked exactly like this within a month of installation. I primed and painted it with Ford Silver paint. It looks great for the time being lol
  7. Pretty, but pain in the ass to install... trailing arms

How did disconnecting the fuel lines go, did you have to completely disconnect everything or could you get away with simply lowering it a bit? I have this on the list of things to do an I'm nervous about breaking the plastic fuel line connectors. Looks good!
  8. ford part numbers for replacement hardware for upper rear/lower trailing arms

Hey guys, I'm getting ready to install icon upper, lower rear trailing arms and track bar on my 2024 Bronco Badlands Sas. I've heard of the uppers coming loose possibly from re using the hardware. All of the ford literature says the hardware is one time use. I don't mind spending a little bit...
  9. Rear defroster wire separation!!!!

Yeah, and it’s the customers fault in the end until they low-key admit it’s a poor design by changing it on future generations. I was watching a Vaughn Gittin Jr. video the other day on YouTube where he was wheeling trails in his fun haver Bronco and couldn’t help but notice both the rear...
  10. Rear defroster wire separation!!!!

I had the rear window replaced 3 weeks ago under warranty for the connection popping off. They didn't try to repair it, only replaced.
  11. Looking for an accessory to cover pinch weld and space above OEM running boards on 2024 OuterBanks

RCI makes pinch weld covers https://rcimetalworks.com/product/2-door-pinch-seam-covers-21-present-bronco/
  12. Please Share Any Experience With Ordering from APG, mine is not going well

I tried to order some product from them awhile back. First I called to speak with sales only to be told they were gone for the day (1pm). I then emailed the sales department regarding the product and it took 2 weeks for them to respond. I ended up just going a different route and ordered product...
  13. How to Remove Rear Drivers side Panel ??? I tried searching with no luck.

They left the proximity sensor unplugged. It happened to me and I would suggest taking it back to them before you break a bunch of plastic tabs like I did lol https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/proximity-unlock-issues-rear-tailgate-solved.89028/
  14. Rear Axle Backorder

Maybe try calling APG Performance as they have to replace the rear axels on the factory Broncos with that of a larger type for their PRORunner long travel Bronco builds. People with a lot of cash to burn send them brand new Bronco's to pimp out with long travel suspension. I'm sure they would...
  15. Saw this today

I have had multiple sets of Cooper STT pro’s and they are great. Yes, it’s a mud tire. It’s not as loud as others and they perform amazing. I use them on my work truck which sees lots of mud, snow and remote locations up in Canada.
  16. Front differential leak

I think the wink wink was eluding to them passing the inspection, but they will take care of the leak under warranty. I don’t believe anything with a leak technically would pass inspection. The dealer must have passed it despite the leak and scheduled an appointment to take care of it as to help...
  17. Tire Pressure warning at 35psi?

The low pressure is triggered at 34-35psi but takes a couple psi high to clear it. Try 37 psi to reset and then you can air down if you wish. It will be re triggered at 34-35psi
