KO-3 Load Range D for Sasquatch are supposed to be available in 2025. Not sure if they’ll be available early or late ‘25. That doesn’t help you, but I’m guessing many Sasquatch Bronco owners will be happy to see that iteration of the KO-3 released.

Falken Wildpeak or Toyo Open Country AT3 based on your list. Was originally going to suggest Cooper AT3 for a quieter, less aggressive ride but just noticed they are an E load tire.
On this rabbit hole, noticed that Tire Rack says the MT Baja Boss AT is discontinued and limited to in-stock supply. Had not heard about that.

Wow, just noticed Nitto has an SL load range 315/70-17.
Probably feels like you're riding on marshmallows!

Cooper ST Maxx's are the best all terrain tires for all around driving (road, wet, snow, ice, mud and dirt) that I have ever owned--and they last longer than most. I have run most brands of tires and they were the best for my driving

That Baja Boss is probably the "old" tire. MT lists that and the "new" tire on their site in both 315 and 35's. Weights are shown different but they told me that was a mistake and both new and old tires are identical. This is from their site:
*To make our tires more accessible globally, international marks/certifications have been added to select SKUs.
Per internal standards, these changes require that the sizes each be assigned a new materials number, product code & UPC code, hence the duplicate sizing. No physical changes have been made to these products with the exception of international compliance markings.

I've researched/searched at nauseum, tires this size for the use case are annoying me. I have to decide on something this week.

My wife's HLE arrives this weekend, the SAS tires do not jive with our gravel driveway, that is the only reason I'm replacing them ASAP. I don't want higher than a load range D tire, on-road, quiet and wet traction needs to be good.

I'm leaning toward the Mickey Thompson Baja EXPs (D) or the Falken Wildpeak A/T4W (C), how are these with gravel compared to the SAS tires? Are there less aggressive options that don't look nerdy and not in the E/F range?

Even these are overkill since it will never be off road. I have my old 35" Baja ATs sitting the garage, I was going to put those on this new Bronco, but again that'd be a waste so I'll put those on the Jeep since the Goodyear MTs are trashed.

Thanks!!
I don't know if weight matters to you but some C loads are pretty heavy. I have Wildpeak A/T4W's on my pickup and love them but the C load in 315 weighs 75.7 pounds. That's 20+ pounds heavier than the stock GY. The Falken Rubitrek A/T in an E load is about 3 pounds lighter than their A/T4W in C load.

If you want to stay true to tradition, you could always go with the OEM 1966 tires:

Ford Bronco SAS Replacement Tires - I've looked at every tire made, losing my mind. 🫠 Done=Baja ATs 1728516900343-lt

Modifications MAY be required and handling as well as stopping abilities may be affected.
OEM Sasquatch will most likely not match up due to rim section width.
These tires might NOT be recommended for aggressive off-roading.

I'm planning on MT Baja Boss AT's (D rating)...but I am off road often...
I have 37" MT Baja ATs on my Bronco, 35 Baja ATs in the garage that are going on the Jeep. Those would be a waste on my wife's new Bronco that'll never off road. I liked the 35's so much I got the same in 37 after all my suspension/steering/axle upgrades.

Running the Cooper Discovery SST Pro's . I have 37's but those are rated at D, and does not throw rocks all over. I love em.
D is fine, those are aggressive looking tires.

Run the Falken Wildpeaks 4w with a C load. You don't need a stronger tire as they will just weigh more, and it is a very quiet tire, extremely capable for all types of wheeling, and will last a long time. Plus they look good and will not pick up gravel like your existing tires.
Good to hear, they're top of the list.

Cooper ST Maxx's are the best all terrain tires for all around driving (road, wet, snow, ice, mud and dirt) that I have ever owned--and they last longer than most. I have run most brands of tires and they were the best for my driving
Thanks, those are a good a good fit!

Damn it, see, I didn't catch they're that heavy.

Yokohama Geolandar G018 in 315/70r17. Smooth, 2db quieter than the 315 Goodyears, and already noticing better mileage after 500 miles. My main concern was highway comfort, wet road conditions, and snow. I loved the G015's on a previous vehicle and these updated tires look even better. Oh and the weight is not nearly as much as the Mickey or Falken you listed.

I had skipped this tire since it was load range E, I saw the X-AT in the lower load range.

How's the ride? What PSI do you run them at?
Edit: How are they with gravel?

Me either and that was on my short list. Wonder if it’s getting a replacement

I have posted a few times before about SAS tires and my driveway, I got my Bronco Nov '21, this is why I want new tires before her Bronco gets trashed from our driveway.

Seems they're phasing out some SKUs, but there still should be a good 35x12.5 sku, the top one below looks good, the 3rd one is phased out. Only difference I can see the the top one is lighter. I love my Baja ATs!
