New owner here, no owners manual in the glove box. Is this the way it is? I downloaded the PDF and see that its available in the truck. Its nice to have a paper hard copy. I do see them online but thought it should be included.
Is there a way to get an option list somewhere? I have the sticker but looking for a little more. Havent bought a new car for a very long time. Thanks RPO list for my specific VIN

owner's manual is on the radio screen, and online as a PDF. I understand. Felt the same way last week when I bought mine.

What you're looking for is an order guide for your model year--I presume 2024. I found a link on this forum somewhere to an order guide for 2023, which is what I bought new last week.

Oh--like I said:

I also make a point to download my window sticker and put that away as well, even though the paper one is also in my files.

Not sure what you mean by "options list".

But yes, there are no paper manuals. You previously could order them from Helm, but they stopped printing them earlier this year.

If you are looking for the order guide, @adam1991 posted a link. That one is woefully outdated, but we kind of have to take what we can get. Order guides are considered proprietary information and are generally only intended to assist dealerships.

Oh, there is really no such thing as "RPO Codes" for Ford vehicles. RPO Codes are unique to GM vehicles, although other manufacturers have a similar concept.

The closest thing to the RPO Codes is your window sticker. If you don't have your window sticker, your dealership can pull it up for you. The second closest thing would be the DORA—Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgment. It'll list the same thing your window sticker has, with the addition of the order codes that the dealership used to order the vehicle. Again... something a dealership can pull for you.

Attached is the 2024 VIN guide, but I suspect that doesn't go into the level of detail you are looking for.

EDIT— If you want an actual physical window sticker, that can be ordered HERE.

Thanks, I was a GM parts manager for many years and we had RPO codes would give all the info of your vehicle. Times have changed and I dont know Ford. I have the window sticker.

yeah, my search for a build sheet for my VIN started me down this path.

I found one for my Chrysler PHEV van, fer Chrissakes. I know it's out there; plug in the VIN and go. But I don't know where Ford puts it, if it's even public.

Ah gotcha.

The paint code is listed on the door jam, should be a 2-digit number.

There isn't really a concept of "interior code"—there was in the past, but that went away once they stopped painting interiors different colors. There is an order code for the interiors, so I guess that would be the closest match?? Regardless, when you order replacement parts for the interior it is referenced by the actual interior (ie. "Leather, Black Onyx")... not by any code.

Paint Codes:
  • Azure Gray - G4
  • Cactus Gray - NE
  • Carbonized Gray - M7
  • Eruption Green - FA
  • Hot Pepper Red - EA
  • Iconic Silver - JS
  • Oxford White - YZ
  • Shadow Black - G1
  • Velocity Blue - E7
