That's the 4 million dollar question.Maybe I missed this, but what were the invoices that APG sent to ADV for?
To me, that seems to be a huge part.
how much lol - you take fordpass pointsMaybe I should charge for that link, get a little money for myself
Not defending ADV in any way, but for months they were offering refunds. I got mine back with no issues at the end of April. But if 50% of the money went to invoices to APG… APG should be handing money back too… but nope. ADV at least gave some of the money back, but I haven’t heard of APG doing anything. Well s*** we didn’t even know APG was the one responsible for sourcing the manufacturing until a few days ago. That's the 4 million dollar question.

Why so defensive? Don't pay no attention to the haters, yo! As a select member of the "top .1% of earners" on that other site, that means you're at 99.9% and making $10-12M a year, right? If that's true, why would you even respond to this site? Unless, umm... maybe that was a false or misleading statement? We get new people signing up every time you do and make lots of money on it so it doesn’t bother us any since we don’t personally promote it much at all but still are in the top .1% of earners on the site and that’s mostly thanks to people talking crap and posting about.
Hey hey hey. Let’s be fair and recognize they had no idea that this was happening. They got a prototype top and released the video telling the world, and ADV, that APG was designing and selling their own top directly. They have simply decided to defend their honor of online whuring by defending APG despite APG trying to scrub all the evidence of the partnership from the internet. Going as far as to release a statement that says “we would never presell a product that isn’t done” despite their directing forum members to ADV for preorders. Then deleting those posts. They’re so honorable and disconnected from the debacle that they still decided to release a video, despite being informed of the previous malfeasance, this very day promoting APG tierod sleeves and a pretty janky looking heim tierod solution. Why so defensive? Yes. APG and ADV both got paid according to their deal (I assume). Sounds like ADV threw their hands up after APG didn't deliver the product. ADV is trying to point this out to their customers by posting the lawsuit. (NOT SAYING THAT EXCUSES ADV).Not defending ADV in any way, but for months they were offering refunds. Exactly.This.
APG is trying hard to put distance between itself and the customers that have been funding whatever development and production it’s been engaged in. “Oh, it’s not us, it’s ADV that took your money. We don’t know anything despite our close partnership, contractual agreement, and use of ADV as an exclusive distributor for our tops.”
ADV made several bad business decisions and eroded all customer trust by providing bullshit excuses for over a year that all reasonable and objective people saw through. I think when the whole truth is finally exposed, however, APG will be equally or more culpable than ADV.
Millions of dollars in tooling……
Either that makes sense, or you’re new here.![]()
