21 OffRoad Dome Light not cutting off when cranked??

So I ordered the interior dome light upgrade from 21 OffRoad. Installation was really easy only issue is the thing won't cut off when I crank my Bronco. If have it on cut Bronco off it will die out with the other lights same as with lock and unlock but when I crank it the dome light stays on while the other lights don't until I cut it off. I even selected the interior lights to not illuminate on the doors being opened, unit still cuts on. Any tips to remedy this? It's quite annoying.


Update: Removed it. No matter what, it wouldn't cut off. Put the stock back in for now. If anybody has any suggestions on ones that actually work let me know. Maybe Mabbett or IAG but I've heard the same about those with funky electronics.

I have the Mabett kit that has four lights plus the dome. Its great when there aren't any issues...

Every so often the lights will stay on after I start the car... not the dome light, but the other four do. Only seems to happen in the mornings. It usually lasts no more than the first mile, but is pretty annoying at 5 or 6am.

It happened yesterday and it was probably a few weeks since the last time it happened.

Does IAG kit do that, referring to the dome light? I'm gonna assume they all probably don't play great with Fords electronics but it's weird. You'd think it would operate just like the basic stock dome light. Mine though like I said wouldn't cut off even after 4/5 minutes of running.

Try this one. Pretty reasonable price and super easy to install. Added Plus....it looks just like a UFO, if you're into that.

100%! I have it installed with my full light set-up, pictured here. Doors open - lights on. Remote start - lights on. You manually press dome light - lights on. Put the Bronc in gear - lights out.

Same issue for me. Just found this thread when trying to diagnose the problem. I have reached out to stickerfab multiple times this week, with no response. If they do not respond soon, I will never do business with them again. I have spent nearly 2k with sticker fab since July. I will spend my money elsewhere, if I can’t get support. Uninstalling this POS light right now and will go to Mabett or Oracle direct, for my electronics needs for the bronco.

I should revisit this comment. Stickerfab took great care of me and got me refunded. I ordered the “UFO” looking light that is shown previously in this thread and it has been working perfectly for me for the past few months. Large amount of light.
