Radio / Audio Question

When I start my bronco, the audio is always off. Is this a standard function / setting? I know how to adjust this setting with Android Auto so that will start playing once connected, but for standard radio is it normal that I would have to turn on the radio / audio every time I start the bronco?

I appreciate everyone's guidance and advisement.
That has not been my experience. My radio is always in the same state as when I turned the engine off, which for me, is always on.

I think I figured it out. I went into my android auto settings and reconfigured. Now when I start the bronco it plays the radio where it left off. Very odd. I've read a lot about these stories having very weird issues. I'll chalk this up as another weird issue.

After a seemingly endless wait my 7MT REB is finally moving along!
Wow 6 months? I have a build in production in early March, this timeliness indicates I can expect a Spetember build. By then new 25 MY will be announced and I may go a different direction depending on what happens.

Double Bronco sighting. This is a great photo, John. Thanks for sharing!
For anyone looking a 2 door Yellowstone is available at 65k at Hagerstown Ford here in Maryland.

They were pretty fast for me. Mine arrived on a Friday I believe, and it went into PDI right away. I had to rent a car and drove out there to pick it up. I did it during the week though as of no Saturday deliveries then.
Congratulations on your Bronco Steve!

They’ve been all over the map. Mine got stuck on a couple longer quality assurance holds that seemed to disproportionately affect Heritage trims. There’s a stuck in production thread where one member has kept track of longer build times. Hopefully yours gets turned around soon! Even a MY25 order wouldn’t get built until January 2025 at the earliest.

Don't think I posted this pic in here from our trip to Colorado last week. Saw a couple of REB's in Gunnison and Lake City, and one other Yellowstone at a gas station in TX. My wife had a nice conversation with the other owner about how much they were enjoying their Broncos.

Yes!! Mine is also a 7MT so maybe I will get some movement as well. Stuck in production since March, so not as long as yours. I’ve been scouring and almost pulled the trigger on a 7MT Badlands. This gives me hope

Sounds like ours may be in the same group. For what it’s worth, I was told mine would be released from a hold by 7/15. I was told 6/30 prior…so we’ll see but seeing this movement gives me hope. Is yours also a 7MT? Trying to determine where the issue lies…🤔

Mine is MT as well, but I’m not sure that was the cause of the issue.

Stay the course! I almost did the exact same thing, but held off. I’ve only seen one Heritage in my area and knew that if I walked on my order I’d inevitably see it driving around with a different owner in a short time.

I’d recommend calling Ford to ask if they can escalate your matter and open a case on it. It doesn’t work any magic, but it creates a measure of accountability—a Ford rep stayed in touch with me and called as soon as there was an update. Ford also saw the update come through faster than my dealer.

I doubt you'll ever find out the real reason unless you have someone on the inside. When our last year were getting delay both after getting scheduled and after getting built, there were all kinds of excuses and reasons.

I don't think that's Delaware. Any real Delawarian backs into a parking spot. 😉
