I’d encourage you to keep pressing your dealer and Ford for updates. The chat feature is worthless, but I had good luck with their phone customer service. They eventually created a case number, which netted me follow-ups.

They’ve been all over the map. Mine got stuck on a couple longer quality assurance holds that seemed to disproportionately affect Heritage trims. After a seemingly endless wait my 7MT REB is finally moving along!

After a seeming eternity I finally got an update on my 7MT Heritage Edition—ETA to dealer in PA of July 31st.

After no updates since 3/28, my pizza tracker just changed slightly to show a 6/3 update…no change in status on the tracker itself, which still shows “in production.” Anyone have experience with this? I was previously on a quality assurance hold with no other details.

That’s not necessarily true. Mine popped up on my dealer’s site automatically shortly after my VIN was created, alongside some computer generated images…that was 3 months ago. They’ve since taken it off their website, but the Bronco is still SIP.

Anyone with a January build week still stuck in “in production” purgatory? I was in the 1/16 build week, got my tear tag and it’s still in a production holding pattern. My dealer said several of their customers with orders were similarly held up—I’m wondering whether there’s been common quality...

Any chance yours is headed to PA? I noticed my dealer inventory is showing a 2nd customer order REB Heritage set for a blend date this week (my REB Heritage blend date was 1/16, but I’m still waiting on shipment)…shot in the dark but I figured I might find the brother/sister-in-arms here!

I got the same feedback from my dealer—I suppose it’s better for them to catch and fix something at the factory than to discover the issue on my own down the line…still, purgatory stinks.
