No experience with this particular unit, but my previous car had a HUD, and an OBD data readout that fit in a vent. 2 notes - 1 - You can't wear polarized sunglasses - they block the light from the emitter. -2- These things usually plug into the OBD port so keep in mind you need to route a big wire under the dash to an OBD extension plug.

Just ordered one. Will post when I get it installed.
@Amcole1984 - sorry to reference an ancient post, but did you ever buy/ install this HUD and was it worth the price point? What's your review of item and would you recommend? Thx.

Yes I installed it as soon as I got it. It works great and no huge issues with it. Although I honestly don't find myself looking at it much. 25 years of driving without one have just trained my brain and eyes to look at the dashboard. It's still cool though. Only 2 issues with it. The clock in their unit runs a tint bit fast, so every couple of weeks i have to reset the clocks because it will be a few minutes off. And if you wear polarized sunglasses, you cannot see it on the windshield.

I have a 7spd manual. Not sure how it works with the auto, but it does not show the gears for me.

Funny how the world changes…….when I was in the Navy our planes had an early version of HUD, took a huge pod on the bomb bay for the electronics. Now I can install one in my car at will.

WANT this - please, did you do an install video?
Whats your overall impression?
Im most interested in tempratures and pressures - like oil, and maybe even transmission.
What was the install process like?
THANK YOU

No, sorry, I'm an early Gen-Xer.

Whats your overall impression?
I have 2 of them for my other trucks with Pedal Monsters and Derringers. They work well, but can be temperamental. Sometimes it won't show a parameter for whatever reason, but a quick reboot brings it back up.

There is a list of parameters on their website that it will read. It states for the 2.7, but have found they all are available for the 2.3 as well.

What was the install process like?
THANK YOU
I used an Auto Meter mounting cup and bolted it to the Builtright dash mount. Run the cable down to the ODB2 port, done and done.
