Welcome to the Injen life! Yes, it is a pain. Lol! Now imagine that you had to take the CAI apart to do the charge pipes.....

In the end, it is worth it. I love the setup. Grats !

I ended up doing the same! installed the CAI then 6 months later, installed the rest. I was surprised at how tight of clearance there is on the passenger side fitting into the intercooler. Awfully close to a pulley.

Ford Bronco Injen Intake & Charge Pipe installed on 2.7 Bronco IMG_1379
I put both these kits on my 23 badlands and they fit correctly.
Has nothing to do with fitment, I’ve been in contact with them several times the cai throws codes at least on the 24’s I thought it was the 23’s also but may only be on the 24’s they supposedly figured out and fixed the issue but are waiting to get 2500 miles on their test mule before releasing to the public but it’s been a few months, this was the last of several emails back and forth with them my initial question was asking if the code issue has been fixed and when the cai would be released

Me too. I’ve been struggling on getting my ARB compressor back into the engine bay though.

I had the same issue because I installed the K&N CAI had trouble finding a mount to fit the ARB twin compressor in the engine bay. The Ford Performance did not fit, went with the Grimm vertical mount because I was too impatient to wait on the shipping time for the Injen mount for the ARB. I wrote up a thread on the install.

Injen makes a bracket that fits the ARB compressor that works with the Injen CAI. It's on their website.

Thanks. Please keep us up-to-date (Injen really should be doing this proactively). I've had their CAI for nearly a year now and have been waiting for their resolution to this issue as well (because MA emissions will fail with logged codes).

I installed the Injen CAI a few months back and have been waiting on the CCV tube fix before going back to install the charge pipe... which are burning a hole in the back corner of my garage. Other than the SES light, the CAI has been great and I also noticed immediate performance / mpg gains.

the Grimm would not work with the Injen intake. I ended up getting the SDHQ as it appeared to have the most potential clearing the Injen intake and intercooler pipes.
I ended up cutting off the air box mounting tab so I wounded have to end up fighting it and the air box.

Was the turbosmart worth it? Any concerns over warranty?

do any of you all have tips on how to ensure the pipes are "properly aligned" per the instruction manual? is this as simple loosening all of the connector clamps and re-jiggering the pipes to achieve maximum alignment once the system is fully installed? i've had no issues so far but thinking about opening it back up this weekend for a triple QC.

an aside... mpg has averaged >20 since putting these on and it feels to have opened up what was the choke point in my air flow system. loving it so far, and I've noticed the frequency of Injen CAI driven CEL has decreased (I have a '23 model and the Injen CAI which throws a code every so often...these pipes seem to mitigate part of that issue, but not entirely...still waiting on that replacement piece which has been on a rolling 1 month timeline all year...)

This is what I did. I had everything loosen a bit, then I made sure all pipes were straightened, and all the way "in" on the system. I then re-tighten everything down and I was done.

I love the system, I have a 21, so I never had the CEL issue. I am just waiting on Injen to bring the IC. It should be very soon. I see you are my twin now...well almost :)

That looks awesome, however that gray pipe looks out of place. Injen should've matched the same color and texture as the rest of the charge pipes, be it black or red.

I see that you removed the vent to atmosphere BOV adapter, I guess that now it's not needed since the sound makes it out of the intake?

Anyone running an aftermarket intercooler with the Injen charge-pipes? That is the only OEM part in the whole intake system.
I just installed a CVF intercooler last weekend to compliment my Injen Charge pipes and intake system.
Zero heat soak on 95+ temps. Still pulls strong

I just installed the Injen CAI, but I have a problem with the drivers side pipe. The crankcase hose bib goes straight down and not 90 degrees. I compared pics from Green Machine and Doublejay and the crankcase system is different even both being 2023. Mines is like Doublejay’s.

This installation video shows the tube with the 90 turn (13 mins 51 seconds).

I’m gonna have to wait till Monday to get in touch with Injen since the call center is closed for the weekend. I prefer to not reinstall the stock system to just revert it back again when the correct pipe is sent.
