R&D is complete, tuning is complete, now they are just tooling up the factory for them so it should be in the next 4 - 6 mo I imagine. I used to work for Bilstein so I know they take a while to come out but certainly will be worth it. The 8112's will basically turn a sasquatch into a smaller Braptor. I had them on my Taco and it was insane the control and speeds I could get up to in the rough.
What stage would they be considered? Or at least would they be drop in on Sas?

I had them on my LC. Turned that thing into a trophy truck.

Yes, they'd be direct fit to SAS. Most likely considered mid to LT as you'll gain some additional travel but the magic is in the valving of each zone and the internal bumpstop. They truly outperform the chassis of most applications. Best coilover you can get IMO.

No. It doesn't work that way. If covered, Ford will only cover what needs to be replaced whether that is a single shock or all 4.

It is one of those situations that 1 can be replaced and a few months down the road another needs replacing. If you are thinking of upgrading, then bite the bullet and do it.

Have we heard any updates on the release?

If I keep my Bronco I'd consider them too.
My Bronco was on the list of platforms they needed for R&D (Non Sasquatch Badlands) and I signed up around Thanksgiving last year. They contacted me in Dec. to let me know they were interested and would let me know when they were ready.

Around March/April they contacted me again saying they were ready. So @BroncoStorm is probably correct that they are getting ready to ramp up production soon.

Not really, that's been going on for a couple years now. The Yellow Bilsteins flat out suck. Either lose the entire reservoir or just all the fluid leaks out. Happened to 2 of my shocks about 6 months ago or so.
What's the best replacement option?
