I certainly would hope so. But this is piss poor software development, at best. I can't believe the product owner and program manager let this out the door.

At least you know they had that code it's just a matter of putting it back
must of been a rewrite and they are taking a MVP approach lol. They moved a bunch of stuff aka buried it.

It’s weird. My Ranger shows correctly, it’s just the bronco that didn’t transfer to ver. 5 for location.
This beautiful, useful update is the unfortunate outcome of a software development world locked into Rally sprint cycles. Be a couple years till everything is added back in. Just in time for the next rewrite done in whatever the flavor of the month programming language is then.

I just called the helpline for the FordPass app, they said it’s a known issue and they’re working on it on the backend.

But the alternative, old way would be to release a complete product after a couple years, and it would still have bugs, that would then take much time to resolve.
With the current process, they could release a new version every week and fix the bugs/add features iteratively.
I prefer the current process. We spend more time building than on documentation.
I'm not a fan of the new FordPass app. The interface is a downgrade in my opinion.
I'm running latest Android. My Bronco picture used to look like shit. Now it looks even worse. Seems I'm driving just seats and axles.
