I got the black Ford MOLLE pouch set to use in my BaseSquatch. I found the pouches to be very useful and great quality, but didn't have a good location for the large one (without the MOLLE attachment system) that is modeled after the USMC magazine dump pouch.

I bought about $4 worth of D-rings and 1" nylon webbing, and made a small headrest attachment strap that is easily removable and puts the bag in a useful location. Just wanted to share the pics below incase someone else could use the info.

This is a great idea. If possible could you share the Link, assuming the parts were from Amazon...

Thanks. Actually, I just bought the supplies (in the pic below) at Hobby Lobby, it's all 1". The two additional plastic D-rings I used were from an old backpack. I ended up only needing about 20" of the webbing.

This is a really good idea for a trash can in the vehicle, or a barf bag for rear passengers - Depending on how much you decide to “send it” on the trail.

those are great bags, Mine is attached to molle panels i used in the trunk area. I dump my impact gun in there.

I mounted a first aid kit on that same headrest, as you an reach it from the drivers seat even if pinned in.

Really useful idea and ingenuity on your part. I reckon you could probably sell the complete unit if you were interested in such an endeavor. Few will have access to a sewing machine that is capable of stitching through the webbing.

Another option (that doesn't require sewing) would be to assemble the straps with a couple Double Cap Rivets at each connection. They just press together and seat without the need of any special tools... just a light hammer tap. They are also widely available at craft/hobby stores in many different sizes and colors.
