If I were Ford, this would be my next special edition.
Analog gauges
Keep it Big Bend based with less tech
Give it the best suspension stuff
Chrome wheels maybe
Baja spare cover

My only issue with it is that it would be a shame to see a 4 door version.
The spare tire cover is next... just trying to figure out a place that can do it with the camera hole.

Mine happened when the temperature outside was in the 50s, so it is not an issue with melting.
It looked like the adhesive material they used on that window itself was the problem.
Maybe when they were manufacturing a batch of drivers' side rear windows they used bad adhesive, but it was just a mess of a soft gunky material that was gooey and sticky.
Interesting. There were some black, soft, gunky stringers by the back window (driver side only) of my HE too. Although the window hasn't separated... yet.

The big thing is probably going to be moving the graphic around enough so the camera hole doesn't block the letters or look too out of place ... wonder if moving it up and to the right some and use the first O in Bronco would work.

I was thinking of doing that or just separating the words.
Need to play around with it a bit.

That’s exactly what the bad adhesive looked like, yours may not have totally separated yet, but it looks you have the bad window adhesive problem.
@flip says Ford is issuing guidance soon to address the issue.

It's not just the HE Mod tops, our 23' 2 dr passenger quarter glass had to get re-glued in as it had separated half of the adhesive and was banging on every bump. We had this done 6 months ago but local dealer said this TSB would be coming.

Just got an ominous email from the region saying if we have any bronco hard top deals going to get them reported today. Only reason I can see for that is if it's not reported sold, whatever they're coming out with, will include a stop sale/delivery. If already reported sold customer can still take delivery. My assumption is they don't have a fix or parts and to just assume it could be weeks or months until they do.

I wonder if this is related to another thread where January blend dates are stuck "in production" with no status information from Ford for weeks? I can wait a long time, if I know it's a long time that I'll be waiting 🕰

Another question about the windows.... are they all 4 doors and all on the drivers side or passenger side???

Could it be that the hardener was not properly mixed in during a certain production run?
All 4 doors that I've heard of so far and they all happen to be the exact same window in the rear driver side. Seems like someone at the plant who specifically does that rear window didn't mix the glue properly. 🤔

Superdutys are piling up at Kentucky Speedway again and have not heard anything official as to why. We have a shit ton of ordered commercial units sitting there that's probably gong to have a fierce case of lot rot by the time they get released.
