How long did it take to get the new one?
One week for me from the dealership ordering it from Ford on a Monday to getting there the Tuesday the week after that. Note: I cleaned the the goo with mineral spirits and reattached both handles using superglue so I could keep driving the car after it cured and it held very well.
I used superglue that I bought on Amazon, but you can find it at any hardware store.

Good stuff. I will say, they tried to put it back on me a little bit, asking if I had taken it through any automatic car washes.
I did have to fuss to get the loaner vehicle. The service department said they were out until April, so I went to my sales guy who got me one.

I'm currently waiting for my tow package, a seal and a new windshield. Windshield was damaged during transportation and seal is warped where air blows through it.

Only 3 known examples of it happening so for, but it's interesting that they are all drivers side windows that have had this happen. I wonder if there was something that got on that glass during manufacturing that prevented the adhesive from adhering properly.
I'm going to go give mine a good tug before it starts getting hot here.
Wonder if there’s a build week commonality with these.

Another question about the windows.... are they all 4 doors and all on the drivers side or passenger side???

Could it be that the hardener was not properly mixed in during a certain production run?

All four door, all drivers side, as far as we know. Mine was produced on January 5th (blend date), build date is the 14th.

Lots of people have installed the classic Bronco script.
I spiced it up a little.
To get the proper placement, I had to move it forward. I used the licensed metal script from the 1st Gen.
I don't advise this... it took an hour with padded pliers of bending, while trying not to break the pot metal, to get it close to the fender contours.
If I have to replace them for some reason, I'm going with the Limited emblems.
But... I LOVE the end result.

Your decal, is that printed or is that foils? It looks really good. Well done with the script... I bet that was time consuming.

I do foils and print.... The foils will last way way longer.... The also cost more, but you pay for better quality. Nice choice.

Edit: I do Manufacture and sell foils and print.
With as much of a pain as the script was to get fitted... I am ALL about them lasting.

Fewer and fewer people are making the foils these days.... Printing is a lot cheaper and most customers seem to want to save the dime or so difference when you get to 1000s or so...

I think I am the last hold out in our valley that is still offering foils.

If I were Ford, this would be my next special edition.
Analog gauges
Keep it Big Bend based with less tech
Give it the best suspension stuff
Chrome wheels maybe
Baja spare cover

My only issue with it is that it would be a shame to see a 4 door version.
