@BigMeatsBronco , I found this on the RCV website. Wonder if they mean for extra travel like what I'm running into. Maybe a bit longer Axle so the angles are better?

" This axle set is designed to be a direct factory replacement. Long travel suspension options available."

RCV Does custom axles, try not to laugh, But I wheeled a Jeep Renegade (The Fiat, not a CJ/YJ) I lifted 2.5 inches and added about an inch of droop to pretty hard for a year, and encountered many of the problems being discussed here.

When I asked RCV about, "Long travel suspension options" they were willing to build pretty much anything I wanted, but they expected me to spec it out, they weren't going to engineer it. I would suspect the same is what they're offering there for the Bronco.

I didn't have the knowledge/ability to spec it out, But I think there are enough smart folks in this thread that may be able to spec a set out from RCV.

Betting it would cost more than the 32 Spline Spicer's and Ultimate FDU though.

Oh man. "My Ford Bronco Failed Me" is a title meant to draw clicks. Is "yes I know... big tires and big lift, too much travel. Working on some changes." referring to changes you made? Why does YouTube draw people into specious, flimsy claims?

Edit: Enough has been said about the title. Let’s move on.
I agree with you. Enough with the clickbait.
