I'm probably too deaf for the phone system, but it sounds like mine went from Gibson IN about 250 miles north to Blue Island, IL. lol

Oh I had fun trying to decipher what town or stop. It's not you it's the computer voice haha

Hopping in from week 1/8. Mine sat in Gibson, Indiana for like 2-3 days. I asked the Ford Chat and they said it was in Blue Island, Illinois? But then the next morning it suddenly appeared in Kansas City. I'm not sure what happened there but I think the CSX tracker went wonky when it transferred to BNSF.

How did they know when they were getting it?

Ford chat gave me the date my dealer had scheduled to pick it up.

Right?! They were all impossible!! I had to pull up the BNSF map every time to figure out what the heck they were saying

Sadly still no updates or clarity. Been in production since 1/12, blend date 1/22 but my tracker hasnt updated at all since 1/22. Mods popped, tear tag, app updated, hell even the website for my dealership is showing it...but no one can tell me anything about the "delay." Chat and my dealership both say its produced or built and they both say estimated delivery dates 2/7 to 2/13. But no shipping details whatsoever so I am guessing it's sitting in a parking lot up there waiting to be put on a train. I was prepared to wait for months...but once the ball got rolling I got excited and now it's back to waiting. Frustrating for sure.

I am pretty much in the same boat in my 1/29 build week. Tear tag there but nothing showing me its actually left anywhere, started up and modem starting pinging locations in the dealerships freight tracking system VINView. Its like it was pushed out of the factory doors on 2/5 and never started up or put on a rail car.

Did you end up using a different phone number to track with BNSF? If mine is with BNSF now I guess that makes sense why CSX is no longer working, I know BNSF moves pretty much everything out here in AZ.

I kept calling the CSX number and it continued to update me! Except for that lull period. It was so effective I was able to track it every hour and see what stop it went through haha

How do we get the train info to be able to track? Is it given when they send the shipped email?

Go to ford chat or call ford Marketing, links and numbers are all over the threads

I was rail from the plant to western MA and now its hauler from the rail yard to the dealer.

anyone that was in production hell have any updates? None here, dealer says it had shipped but I dont trust their information all too well, and definitely not ford lol

Dealership is probably accurate, they have access to everything they need to get better updates than Ford chat.

My blend was 1/31. No updates. Dealer says built and awaiting shipment. Not sure why it would sit this long (and yes I know this isn't long compared to the last few years)...I'm just getting impatient.
