Backend maintenance on the website not our broncos..... It's working again btwHoping that means something is finally happening on the backend!
Yeah it's just a waiting game to when it actually ships that's a place holder that ETA with change once it gets a rail car number and it starts moving.I just discovered this thread yesterday or else I would have posted weeks ago. It looks like I am in the same boat as some of you. Ordered 9/2, received build date in mid December. Tracker updated to "in production" on 1/12, updated again on 1/22. Blend date 1/22 (1277/1901). I believe the modules popped around 1/24 or 1/25. I have a tear tag, my app updated...and yet the tracker still says "In Production" since 1/12. I got on chat on Friday for them to tell me "primary in production, secondary produced" whatever that means. They gave me expected arrival dates 2/7 to 2/13. My dealer just said the same thing. I guess it's on the way soon?

this helped a lot. I just got my railcar information from ford chat. my Bronco arrives at the Twin Oaks, PA rail yard next week!!Call 1-800-235-2352
when prompted for location or weight, press "1"
when prompted for car initials, say the letters in the front of your car number
when prompted for car number, say the number portion of your car number
when asked for next car say DONE.
then the robot will tell you where your train car is currently headed and when it will reach its final destination (day and time)
How Tomorrow Moves!!!Ford Chat has finally served their only purpose.... Rail car number acquired! Sadly it's on CSX I was hoping for Norfolk Southern because I have a programmed auto dialer that has programmed delays and enters everything with one press on my phone it was soooo nice tracking my last vehicle shipment

Replace the ******* with your rail car numeric portion as long as your rail car starts with TTGX this will work. The "," is for spacing/delaying waiting for prompts.

Just checked mine since Friday AM, no change on my end
Welcome to the hurry up and wait team, our broncos seems to have disappeared and ford has no idea what they're doingI just discovered this thread yesterday or else I would have posted weeks ago. I honestly feel like I was better off not having the CSX info. I'm obsessively calling too and so far it's been stuck in Ohio and it's next transit keeps getting pushed back. Lol.Mine is still in transit. Last left Mojave,CA this am with no new updates yet. I obsessively call the CSX line multiple times a daymy dealer doesn't have any updates for me he says his info still shows the same as it has. The shit weather out here in CA right now does not give me joy
im sure the rail has had slow downs and stops due to it.
