Call 1-800-235-2352
when prompted for location or weight, press "1"
when prompted for car initials, say the letters in the front of your car number
when prompted for car number, say the number portion of your car number
when asked for next car say DONE.
then the robot will tell you where your train car is currently headed and when it will reach its final destination (day and time)

Got my ‘Shipped’ text and order tracker update. Now how are y’all tracking rail cars?

You have to get your rail car# from ford chat and then yeah the CSX phone that buck off listed

It's a sensitive phone system with trying to speak the letters to it haha. For typing in your car letters for example mine are TTGX so I'm entering 8 for the T and 1 for the position of the letter on that number key. So for TTGX the numbers to enter are 81814192 then you enter your rail car digits and say done.

Still in waiting status here. Got this email from Ford on Thursday but when I call Ford customer service they say an estimated delivery date of 2/9-2/15 but there’s no tracking information for shipment. Anyone else in the same situation?

Yeah to basic place holder for 2 weeks that Ford always does for an ETA. It basically means nothing till it ships
