Some good news for those who have been informed that their Bronco is at the “Body Shop”. The shop is colocated just to the southwest of the Michigan Assembly Plant. If your Bronco ends up in Allen Park expect a longer wait with some extra miles on the odometer.

Anything that it doesn't get on the assembly line - roof racks, winch, snorkel... I'm sure some other additions as well.

Ah okay, mine has the roof racks, module bumper and brush guard. Those probably fall under that category. Ford chat and calling told me no hold up and I asked about the "body shop" and they said it was not there. But the status has yet to change on their end to "awaiting shipment"

Same. I was updated to built on 1/26 and it's stayed that way since. The tracker shows updated today but nothing has changed. Fordpass app also shows the bronco is available to activate.

Hmm, I wonder why my tracker is still "in production" I asked ford, and they said my secondary status was "produced" and they said that was equivalent to "built" but couldn't explain why my tracker was not updated.

I called Ford once again today and was told that it has been built but still in Michigan, I sure hope it makes its way to Ohio soon

A lot of words to say that they're still working on it .

"Thank you for your patience. I am showing the status of your 2024 Bronco is in production. When an order is "In Production," it is being manufactured at one of our factories. Your vehicle was produced at Ford Michigan Assembly Plant, MI. We will provide updated information to customers and dealers as it is available. Please stay in touch with your dealer for more information and updates on the status of your order. Your estimated time of arrival is between Feb-08-2024 and Feb-14-2024. Shipping may vary in timeframes. We apologize for the delay, and we are presently exploring every opportunity to increase production and accelerate the delivery of your vehicle. Once your vehicles transportation is determined you will receive a rail car number or convoy number. ..."

I like how they say once it ships you'll receive a rail or convoy....ha like that's given without us hounding for it ha

You’re probably loaded up. Mine went back to Order confirmed and I was able to get rail car number from Chat the next day.
