My Bronco just made it to New Orleans I just got the confirmation from Norfolk Southern. My wife thinks I'm crazy that I called daily to check. . Any ideas on how long the truck takes to pick it up and bring it to the dealership. My dealership is about 30 mins away from the New Orleans auto ramp.

Literally been sitting a week before getting to the dealership which is about 45 mins away.

Yes I think so. I know they make 2 door you just have to have rock rails.

I saw on some of the earlier build week threads issues with some who picked up their broncos without the trailer hitch saying there's some delays and they are on back order. Anybody heard anything from their dealers about this?

We received 3 DIO hitches today one for a customer, one for mine and one for another customer who’s Bronco hasn’t arrived yet. So they are shipping to dealers.

When mine arrived at the dealer, my salesperson originally said that they didn't have the trailer tow package to install and that it was on order. Not long after they figured out that they had it, but he was willing to let me take delivery and bring it back for install later. Yours might do the same if they don't have the packages to install.

Got a call from my dealer that the Eruption Green Black Diamond I ordered on 8/28/23 arrived today. I’m planning to take delivery on Monday. Considering the UAW strike, the holidays, the weather, and a thirteen day train ride, five months from order to delivery seems reasonable.

I have to commute 2.5 hours so I am hoping they get it by pick up date so I don't have to circle back. Hoping its just plug in play with the pigtail and they can just ship it and I'll install it.

I hit mine up earlier to check if my region qualifies so I can get them whatever docs they need though I'll be driving mine to get the Bronco.

They forgot to install the trailer hitch when I picked up this morning. They said it was simply an oversight and they are not having any issues receiving hitches when they get a bronco in.

FYI it only took the guy maybe 20 minutes to install.

I received notification that mine shipped today. I have the added wait time of ship travel so I can only track as far as the train gets to the port. Ford chat gave me a window of Feb 20 - 26. I can live with that.

What does it mean when you call the railroad automated thing and it says “it has been released by the customer” once it’s at its final stop.

It means the rail car has been unloaded, and released by Ford (who qualifies as the customer in this instance) back to the railroad company for their use.
