Great looking truck. Incredible color.
I also bought a set of the four-door IAG full length side steps. They’re sitting in my garage waiting for the truck to be delivered. It was built but still sitting on the train someplace. How hard were they to install? How long did it take? They look great.

Easy install. Just follow the video from IAG. It took me longer to find my Allen keys. I thought it would have come with one.

Good tip. Just looked at all the hardware and you’re right no Allen key was provided. I just noticed there’s no Loctite on any of the threads. Did you use Loctite to ensure they wouldn’t loosen up?

Excellent! Thanks for posting the pics. The step looks great. I may go this route as well but need to do a bit of research.

Ya’ll! Mines at the railyard like 5 miles away from the dealership and they are telling me it takes a few days to a week to get taken to the dealership?! Is that normal? 🥲

IIRC yes because the shipment from rail yard to dealer is done by some third party over which the dealer has little control. The companies maximize these truck rides for efficiency and so that ordering probably takes time to prioritize order.

I have a couple of questions regarding my 2024 Badlands Bronco which is currently enroute to the Denver metro area (Schomp Ford in Aurora, CO).

1. I just checked via the automated CSX rail car phone tracking system and my Bronco was 'Released by the customer' at 3:50AM this morning in North Platte, Western Nebraska. I am not exactly sure what that means and I assume that my Bronco will start moving again fairly soon. I have been tracking my Bronco from Wayne, MI, when it was shipped on Jan. 17, 2024, and this is the first time that I have heard this type of message. There was no other ETA given.

2. Does my Badlands Bronco have power seats. I have read conflicting information on whether or not 2024 Badlands Broncos have power seats. I have attached my window sticker to this post as well. I have the High/Lux package and the upgraded leather trimmed vinyl seats. The window sticker indicates that it comes with 6 way manual driver/passenger seats so it seems that no 2024 Badlands Broncos come with power seats then?

Thanks.

From the Ford site, looks like no, unless you opted for leather:

Optional
  • 10-way Power Driver seat (4-Door Only with Leather)
  • 8-way Power Passenger (4-Door Only with Leather)

1. I just checked via the automated CSX rail car phone tracking system and my Bronco was 'Released by the customer' at 2:58AM this morning in North Platte, NE. I am not exactly sure what that means and I assume that my Bronco will start moving again fairly soon. I have been tracking my Bronco from Wayne, MI, when it was shipped on Jan. 17, 2024, and this is the first time that I have heard this type of message. There was no other ETA given.
Mine is on the same train, it left from Wayne Michigan on the 17th, went through Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, stopped there at California Junction for a day or two and has been hanging in North Platte Nebraska since yesterday around 10:55 am CT at the UP rail yard.
We have the same ramp code of RU08, which means it will unload at the UP railyard in Commerce City called Rolla.
I am guessing they will start going again soon, I am not sure why yours says released by the customer, when I call mine just says "arrived at 10:57 am to North Platte Western Nebraska and there is no ETA available.
Hoping it will get to Denver by tomorrow.
