Would you consider selling me 2 washers? I don't have a 3D printer. So I got the two Rockworkx thumbscrew bolts to use on the rear windows because on the 2DR, the bolts are kinda annoying to get to since they are right behind the rollbar. The thumbscrews are just a little too big to fit into the "dimple" on the window, so I 3D printed new "washers" that mimic the original bolt's profile.
Works perfect and now it will be a 2 min job to remove the windows.

The shadow makes it look like the thumbscrew sticks out further that it really does. It is just about flush with the window.

I had my nephew print these out and they work perfectly thanks so much and they look real good also !!!!!Ok, enough of you have inquired about me making these for you that I set up a poll to see how serious you are:

If I get enough responses, I'll print out a batch and ship them out.
I've run mine a couple times through a fairly new non-touchless car wash. It's that set up with all the vacuums that seems to be popping up everywhere lately. No issues with leaks, but the wheels did need an extra wipe down (with their free rags) to get completely clean. How many of you have run one of these through a touchless car wash? I will probably just hand spray it during the winter, but I’m just curious if anybody has done it and if there’s any leaks or anything.
I think my son's friend might have a 3D printer. Can you share the file?Ok, enough of you have inquired about me making these for you that I set up a poll to see how serious you are:

I’ve had my deck fully loaded with filled cooler / luggage and had no problems with tailgate operation…I Loooove It out on the Beach while surf fishing!!!So it looks like the list of 2024 additions is growing: better steering rack from the HOSS 3.0 system, larger display (12 inch), rear seat console with drink holders (4 door), and the pullout tailgate. I ordered the pullout tailgate for my 2023 thinking that I had to have it. I went to pick it up at the dealer yesterday and was underwhelmed. For $1.1 - 1.3k (depending on the Ford accessory sales) it seems overpriced for what it is. The main deck piece also seems like it would have a good amount of flex in it... eventually sagging and rubbing the pullout piece below. Can anyone talk me back into this pricey upgrade? Anyone with first hand experience? I'm inclined to deploy the $$$ on other items.
Yup, I had shared it a few pages ago:I think my son's friend might have a 3D printer. Can you share the file?
Here is the STL file for the window bolt washer for anyone that wants to print their own.
