lol, I’ll be doing your delivery of the vehicle your salesman and I work on a team together as soon as I read that I said I’m pretty sure this is our customer.

If you want me to send you some photos let me know I’ll get some tomorrow once we get it going for PDI and detail.

My Everglades was built today hopefully it gets here as quick as yours!
That's awesome. Yeah, shoot me some pics when you get a chance; thanks! Looking forward to meeting you in person next week.

Hope yours makes the trip safely with the awesome winter weather rolling through.

Now this is pretty cool. I can't wait to see the pics and some actual info on things like the interior changes that were mentioned without detail.

Im going to get some pics for @offrampclimber tomorrow when I get it over to start PDI. I’ll report any new findings I see and post those photos here if he’s okay with that.

Sure, understood. I'm just curious on any feedback you can provide on it.
I do have one question. Is there a standard PDI checklist that is provided/required by Ford or is it dealer dependent? I'd just be curious what is accomplished during a PDI for a new Bronco. Also, curious if @offrampclimber has the tow package if that is something you'll also take care of during the PDI as I think that is now a DIO.

Definitely, post them here too. 🤘

@banjo5 I did not order the tow package. Kept the options to a minimum to ensure it got built quickly. Apparently it did.

Makes sense. I looked at my sticker again and it does say that the Trailer Tow Package is "Dealer Installed". I have heard that the wiring is there from factory and it should be pretty simple to just install the hitch and connect it. I hope to find out soon my self. :)

Our guy has a list I’ll see if I can get a copy of it and post here. The only thing I do is take it out of transport mode before taking it to him from our bullpen.

He then does his part and following that takes it to detail.

Detail removes all the plastic and window stickers and does a prep clean. They then add the stock number and deliver it back to us at sales.

Once we get it back we get it to service for DIO options.

We in sales are also the third party to look over for any body damage/scratches/hail dents etc. prior to delivery to the customer.

It is a quick process and we can usually have it done in about an hour and a half to two hours if the customer is coming in same day.

Our service does an excellent job of getting one in for DIO to complete the sales process.

Sweet, thanks for the info. Sounds like you guys have your "stuff" together.
Since you are in sales, do you have confirmation on the recent topic of X-Plan pricing now offered by Ford on the 2024 Broncos? I'm curious if Ford has officially notified dealers of this.

I checked with my sales manager today and he confirmed he sees it now in his system for X-Plan.

A little back story, I retired from the Army 1 July and started there 17 July in sales. I had previously bought from there when I was still in and enjoyed my experience. Since working there I can confirm I have seen integrity. My second week there a customer came in wanting a Bronco because his car was in service with a blown motor and thought his extended warranty was out. My team lead jumped through some hoops based on some dates and confirmed he had 23 days left and to go back to service and let them know he has a warranty and to just spend the 500 to get it replaced. The guy was extremely relieved. I can bet a lot of other places would have taken advantage of that sale and not done right by the customer. That confirmed for me I was at the right place to start this next chapter in sales.

It is a nice facility and we are a performance center so we get some cool stuff in. It is pretty squared away here.

Edited to add that part was meant for the stuff together piece at our dealership.

Thanks for confirming the X-Plan info and congrats for working for a respectable dealership.

Hi all, just checked and it looks like my modules just popped! Anyone else with today’s build date get them up yet?
Interesting. My blend was 1/12/24 with a 557/700. I wonder if they even got to mine yesterday or if something else is up. No modules populated overnight. Thinking maybe they either didn't finish or get to it, or with the holiday weekend if the schedule is different. Curious if anyone with higher xxx/700 got their modules to pop overnight. I guess next week will be the real indicator as I suspect Monday will be a holiday unless they are running full speed with overtime/holiday coverage.

Really is kind of neat to be able to actually track where the train is. If you're interested Ford chat should be able to give you the rail car number.
