My blend date and modules were turned on on the 5th, but the tear tag wasn't published until this morning. Module list looks as long as its been all weekend....lots of scrolling. actually counting before and after is the only way to tell for sure. That said, zi think it makes sense that if everything didn't turn on right away, they would hold off on the tear tag until everything is up and running. I'm just a big dummy, though.
I believe you’re correct. Tear tag means It passed emissions and has left the assembly line. It should be “complete” pending walk around and visual/functional/mechanical inspections

Blend date 1/3, tear tag populated. It still shows as “in production” so I’m hoping I get the shipping information at some point!

I live outside Seattle, so I figure late January or early February if it ships this week.

Not a week 1/1 member haha but I just posted in the 2024 orders thread and wanted to check here with you all lucky ducks.

Have any of you put your VIN in your Ford Pass app and have it connected yet?

Just got this email
Congratulations! I believe our Broncos were blended on the same day, January 2. I have not received an email yet indicating mine is complete. Looking forward to seeing mine hopefully later this evening.

Just called my salesman and he said that my Bronco Everglades has been built and it should be delivered between the 24th and the 30th of this month here in Central Florida. He ordered an Everglades for himself, on the same day that I ordered mine, 8/18/23. He said that they were built at the same time with a blend date of 1/4/24 and will most likely arrive together.

Can't wait to see them both!

Aside from Sean6365 has anyone else received a bill notification from Ford?

I haven’t gotten the email from them but Ford chat gave me info that said Primary Status: In Production, Secondary Status: Produced. Delivery date: 01/29/24

Blend date 1/3, tear tag populated . . . And today Ford chat says “Your vehicle is in production. When an order is "In Production," it is being manufactured at one of our factories. Your vehicle is expected to be built and awaiting shipment by 2/4/2024.”

So it’s in production more than a month?!? I was careful not to order any options that needed offsite installation.

I found some threads where folks said their Broncos were in production for months. Has anyone else seen this for 1/1/24 week?

This is definitely different feeling this time compared to when I went through this for my build week last August.

Chat has told me 3 different things in the last few days. “In production”, “built waiting shipment” and “your dealer is the best one to talk to”. 3rd option is put. It was me who told my dealer where my Bronco was and when they would see it last time so not getting help there.

I asked twice this week if I would be able to get rail car info to track it and was told they do not have that info once a vehicle is shipped. I got the rail car # from chat last time and so did others l, so not sure what’s up this time around.

Ford tracker has had me “in production” since Jan 4th. Maybe it’s in the mod shop still since I have a bumper and dial tops to add to it?

Mine had a blend date of January 2. Mine still says it’s in production. Tried Ford chat and they told me essentially the same thing you were told. Shipping date end of January early February, February.

Question I have is – what are the options that are done after the assembly line? Would that be rock rails, bash plates,? Does anyone have any ideas as to the items that are added after the production line ends?

Not 100% sure but I read that it’s the external addons outside the default build. So rock rails on a Big Bend or Mod bumper on a Black Diamond. Hoop steps, dual tops, roof racks. So the addons in the build n price pages.

That makes sense. I was wondering if the items on a Badlands would fall under the same category, rock, rails, bash plates, and similar. To me, it seems like they would put them on during the assembly process, but I have no way of knowing for sure.
