Well, it’s happening. My blend date was scheduled 01/02/24. The Ford tracker still shows “in production” this morning but the info at the bottom says last updated 01/02.

Secondly, all my modules populate on the mororcraftservice “as built” module tracker.

I’m hoping my status goes to BUILT today at some point! Good luck to all the 1/1 built folks!
My Badlands was updated and shows in production. It added the date January 2. My modules popped over the night as well so I believe it’s being built. Still shows as in production on the tracker though. I’m with you, looking forward to seeing it say built.

That is exactly my build scheduled for next week (1/8/24). Still waiting for it to say "in production" but still shows scheduled for next week. Good look with your build.

Ford just turned back on the email updates and everyone it seems is getting this email even those with scheduled weeks and VINs. Just keep checking your tracker.

Just got the exact same email. I was told my build date was 1/5 so guess all bets are off now. I’ll rely on the tracker from here on out.

Same. I already have my schedule week and thought it was weird to get this email stating they're working on scheduling it and also it's like 10pm for me local time, I'm guessing their automated update system is being wonky trying to update and catch up with everything that has happened due to the shut downs and holidays.

That has to be what’s happening. I got the same email and my bronco’s modules have populated and tear tag produced. From everything I’ve read that means the Bronco is built.

What is a tear tag?

Mine appears to have been built too. The modules are active. Still states it’s in production.

I received the same email yesterday for my build date of 1/29, I don't think it means anything because my status stayed the same on Ford.com.

From what I’ve read, once you have a “tear tag” ( on the top of the modules page) your Bronco is complete and ready to ship unless there’s a part or mechanical constraint. Someone else may chime in with more info.

I feel like you and I are gonna be the first few ‘24 broncos on this site. I’m beyond excited at this point. Haha

A tear tag is issued once the vehicle passes the emissions inspection test, which is the last step in Ford’s inspection protocol. If the modules are populated but you don’t see a 4 digit alphanumeric code on the modules page right under the VIN, it means the vehicle is built, but still undergoing inspection, before it is released for shipping.

Boom! Thanks Brave Man. I knew someone could explain it more easily. You should be getting close too, right?
