Bent my rear shock skids back down so they weren’t binding my shock pivots 
Got some new DV8s on the way hoping they hold up better than these.

I installed the Black Horse front bumper that matches the RC rear. Install was straight forward, good fit. The hardest part was mounting up OEM fogs and my flat tow wiring

Installed this Ford Performance differential cover.
Thumbs up on the diff and transfer case fluid changes. Transfer case and front diff fluids changed last week; rear diff Ford Performance cover coming FedEx today with new hardware that I ordered as per "Carbon steel" write up. Better safe than sorry at 2500 miles.

JCR. I think if they boxed in the back of the skid, it might give it enough structural support to hold up but they are just wide open at the back with an extended lip that you can see folded up on one. The other just smashed in from the weight but again it was just lateral bends on the bottom of the plate with no vertical structure other than the front corner welds.
