I found your post to be quite interesting. You noted “ …vehicles are not built in VIN order.” Does anyone know why the vins are not sequential relevant to the production order?

Vins are scheduled sometimes 6 - 8 weeks out. They can't figure out what parts they will have tomorrow yet alone in 6 - 8 weeks. Just in time really means just when they are here.

Has the ford chat option disappeared for anyone else? Everytime I try to use ford chat for an update for the past few days it does not seem to show up for some reason.

I cannot access ford chat at home, at work, multiple browsers and on ford site on my phone.

I did install the Ford Pass app and when I click on the “help” button it shows two options: Chat or Call. I tapped on chat and it appears you can chat 9-9 est Monday through Saturday.

I thought maybe I exceeded my repetitive weekly questions through chat.

Access to the chat was spotty for me....I was able to find someone to chat with through the build and price page more readily than I was on the Contact Us page. I will say that the B&P chat was slightly less than useful...they looked my order up and said the order was processing. When I was finally able to reach out on the Contact Us page, my Bronco had been assigned a build date a week before.

I am interested in this as well. Ford did not send one for my ‘23 Bronco and the 30 or so folks in the post created for my build week did not get a factory build pic either. It seems to me Ford is no longer taking or sending out these pictures to customers. I hope I’m wrong though.

My 24 will be my 4th ordered Bronco, I have not received a single one of the assembly-line pics (MY 21, 22, 23, 24) I'd be shocked if I get one on the 24.

Not yet for me, my blend date isn't until Jan. 3 according to window sticker for me though.

According to what I was told by the Ford chat, I the expected blend date is 4 Jan 24. If I'm reading the window sticker that I was finally able to pull today, the blend date is 5 Jan 24.
