Vin Number on 11/22
Build week 1/1
Got window sticker and in production update on 12/21
Blend date 1/5
Coming by convoy - dealer said to expect it to arrive at the dealership week of 1/15 or 1/22
I have an OBX with a schedule date, day date (1/4) and “in production” but no window sticker…. Any idea why?

Did you try to go through the link on your ford account website, I know mine still doesn't show a window sticker through that and I have a blend date of 1/3.
When I tried this link https://www.windowsticker.forddirect.com/windowsticker.pdf?vin= put your VIN at the end of (=) and it should pull up. I was able to get mine as soon as I had a blend date.

I tried. It just says "G"
Makes sense, my thought is that since the plant is shut down this week nothing is actually being built so no that link shouldn't have data yet.

Our vehicles can move to "in production" around 10 days before actual production starts. So im thinking everyone getting put "in production" was just the prep they did before they shut down for the holidays so when they start back up next week everything is ready for smooth start.

Excited to read about next week's production updates from everyone scheduled.

Just curious about build dates. I keep seeing posts with build dates in January and early February. I ordered 8-29-23. BD, 2.7, SAS, hardtop, tow, mid package and my build date isn’t until feb 26. Not disappointed. This is quick compared to what I was expecting. Just wondering about later date compared to others

Enney meeny miny mo, dart board, go fish, pick one haha

I was always told dealer allocation matters in scheduling but I'm not sure anymore haha. My dealer is not large maybe not even medium but not tiny either so im not really sure how they are doing it. I'm currently scheduled week of 1/22 Badlands SAS hard top lux.

It does have constraints, I ordered a 4 door black diamond, manual, sas, mic and modular bumper. I have the tow package on it currently but with that being dealer installed I might just cancel it and have it installed later. So I'm not to worried when it gets built just would like to know a time frame. My importer was able to give me very precise time frames on export, import, maintenance, and delivery of my skyline, but Ford can't give me we think it'll be built around this time. It's just kinda frustrating and messes with my personality😅.
I wouldn’t remove the tow package if I were you. The rear bumper is different for broncos with the tow package to make room for the hitch receiver. I think the factory also does other things to prep the vehicle for the hitch receiver, but I’m not sure.

i think its the same bumper as the hitch just hangs below it, and from what ive heard all broncos are wired for it the dealership just plugs in the sub harness and bolts the hitch on.

Nothing is different besides wiring, and a cheap bolt on receiver (that takes 5 minutes to install).

apologies seems I was wrong about the bumper. Quick research shows that if you only need 4 pin then it’s better to go aftermarket. But if you need 7 pin it’s better to go with factory tow package.

For MY24 and the "tow prep kit", where the dealers are doing the wiring instead of the factory, I think there's a question if the 7 pin is plug and play now or not. Shouldn't be too long before we know what's involved.
