Just now looking through the ‘24 Build & Price I found it soooo depressing… I remember at the advent of my journey being absolutely elated at the prospect of owning a new Bronco for 28 grand… I would then price out my 4dr Base Sasquatch build at about 38 grand being disappointed about the Mandatory Automatic…. WTF Happened, Ford???

I will reiterate this sentiment with one minor change.

I think the not knowing is the worst. Just want to know what will happen with these cancelled orders.
1. Am I gonna get rolled over into a new 2024 order and prioritized and price protection (this is the only ethical option)
2. Am I gonna get rolled over into a new 2024 order and prioritized and NOT price protected. (At least this is still a path forward as much as it’s bs, but it’s still the best option I have to get a new bronco)
3. Am I just f$$ked after a 3+ year journey because no one can order a 2 door 2024 HE anyway

The build guide for 2024s does still show two door heritages--so we have that going for us.

You have to be careful with your word choice. "Guide" has the implication that you are referring to the Dealer's Order Guide (DOG). It is the end all as to what can/can't be ordered. The DOG for MY'24 has not been released yet.

Right now, Ford has said that the standard/limited HE 2-dr for MY'24 is unavailable for ordering.

I forgot that early version was released. Expect a revised version to reflect the recent changes. At some time, the 2-dr HE may become available for MY'24. But the recent announcement places anyone interested in purgatory.

yeah and now if you build a heritage or badlands with an automatic they force you into a v6. what the hell is going on in their little pea brains?

Email came in last night moving us to built also reflected on the tracker. Only 134 days from blend date. Wonder what they were waiting on? Condolences to everyone canceled not sure I would have had the will power to wait another year.

@AARDVARK122 has shown the possibilities for a regular 2dr…

Yes. The possibility are great. And you can choose more colors. And can make it your own. If you want a front locker. Then buy a big bend with a Sasquatch package. If you don’t care about the front locker get a black diamond and put a 2” level kit on it and some 35’s. The KBD flares are nice. But you need to paint and mount them as soon as you can after you get your rig, so it is good and clean when you mount them. So they stick food. My bronco has 30mm offset rims. Which are the same as the Sasquatch. But I am only running 255/85/17 tires. So my poke is minimal. If you want 315’s you are going to have a lot of poke with the KBD. And even more if your offset is more than the Sasquatch. I think I would like to build a hot pepper red bronco in the same Ranger edition as I did mine. In the right sunlight it reminds me of the hot ginger color.
