Interesting, I guess history repeats itself. While I thought it would be cool, at least I donāt miss what I didnāt have. Curious if anything else will become evident on Job 2 changes.
I was the last of the original reservations, picked up my 2 door cactus Heritage on Friday and drove it home 850 miles. Absolutely love it. And a big thank you to @StephensAutoCenter for the seamless transaction, ride from the airport, and super friendly folks!
My Bronco is finally home! Picked up at Stephens, 10 minutes in and out, and took it 850 miles home. Absolutely love it and worth the wait after all this time.
First question after poking around all the features today, did they get rid of the removable rear windows?? I definitely do not have...
Thanks. And yes, held out for the white top/grille until could order Heritage in 2022. Build date for MY23 was pushed out starting in April of last year until it was cancelled. Reordered for MY24. Consolation of the wait at least I get the big screen which is one thing I wanted but couldnāt have...
The long wait is over, almost! 1488 days I waited until I finally had the Bronco I wanted delivered to the dealer. Have to deal with MA paperwork to get plates this week, and will fly to Stephens in WV end of next week to drive it back.
Still same for me. Not even a peep of a build date. Got another 45 day update of no update the other day. Thatās it. Glad to know at least Iām not the only one but hoping we all get some good news soon.
My dealer (Stephenās) had really no info more than Ford chat either. Itās in the order banks. Likely awaiting the necessary commodities to schedule the build.
At this point all the same parts are being used in various places, others are getting 2 doors (so itās not the top), others are getting...
Damn. Not sure whatās worse, the unknowing what happened to your buildā¦. Or one of the last 72 which is still in āorder is processingā, still no hint of a build date. Yay Ford
So my dealer told me this when I reordered
āThere's some differences from 23 to 24, the keyless entry wasn't an option on the build tool and the interior option was black onyx only, no Navy Pier.ā
Itās not so much the options (I donāt like the lane thing either) but just the overall more modern streamlined look. For $50k+ it should be an upgrade over my 10 year old jeep! Definitely looking forward to the quietness and not constantly correcting steering on the highway.
Just heard the same from Stephenās. Need to put orders in by 12/1. Ford will provide private offer of $4250.
Silver lining.. I did want the 12ā screen.
Now for the long wait of scheduling, again
