Hi All, I do not like the rounded fender openings on the new Bronco's. I have seen pictures of the Heritage and Everglades model and they appear to have more of the original fender openings. Are there any other options?

Search KBD and Bestop for square flare options. No one's sure yet if you can transfer over the fenders and flares from an HE or EG yet.

It would be a small scale production nightmare to attach one fender differently then another. I have to imagine these would bolt right up to any standard Bronco. At most you might need a bracket that could be fabbed up.

The fenders and quarter panels on the HE are completely different. The round and squared fender flares are not interchangeable.

Here's mine with the flare removed when I was adding mud flaps. I agree, the mounts for the fenders themselves should be the same if someone wanted to switch them out.

I was referring to the fenders not the fender flares. I believe the back ones are bolt on like the front.

Yes, the fenders and quarter panels are definitely interchangeable. Such a mod would cost a pretty penny though.

I'd almost bet the cost to change to the factory Heritage flares, fenders & quarters and have them painted, would cost more overall than going with Anderson Composites or ADV Fiberglass fender and quarter kits.

Yes they do look good! I'm not much into the retro/trim level even though I've owned a few first Gens but the squared off fender flares looks so much better than the current rounded version. If it was a simple and cheap upgrade I would have already done it.

Best KBD flare example we’ve seen…painted seems the better option as some have reported unpainted KBD start to grey…

Thank you for this picture. Ford should do this for all Broncos in 2024.

Can you post a picture of the rear fender?

I haven't taken the rear flares off yet so no pic, sorry, but it's going to look pretty much the same.
