While I'm sure they will stand behind it for a year once it arrives to the customer, it does state "from date of purchase" which would technically be when everyone paid in full (required for pre-order)
In July I remember joking about our tops not showing up until 24..Well here we are..chances of the tops coming this year...

If so, they should reconsider. They should be on this forum answering questions and giving actual detail. This isn't Instagram, it's a forum dedicated to nothing but Bronco and accessories. This isn't the right spot to hit people with quick non-answers and fancy infomercial videos and that be sufficient. Especially considering how overdue these tops are for those who ordered already.
They should be on this site daily giving updates. Go into actual detail, show some pictures taken with a smartphone right then and there, be transparent about whatever struggle is going on. Show the people what the struggle is.
Going radio silent is the worst thing to do at this point. It totally takes the narrative out of @ADV Fiberglass hands and all that's left is speculation from members.
Absolutely awful and backwards way of customer service that I would never recommend any company ever attempt.
Unfortunately , the cards have Been delt and we are at their mercy.
